“I was super surprised at how good this place was. We all know mall food isn’t anything to write home about, but this place was pretty good. Their baked potatoes are huge, and baked just right so they’re still moist. I got the one with cheese, corn, gravy, and fried chicken. It was really good. My wife got Elote My Spud with carne asada added, and it was really good as well. We’ll be back!“

“We come here almost every time we're passing through - they are consistently busy but still get you served pretty quickly. Servers have all been friendly and happy to answer questions. The dip, penne mac, fish tacos, and alfredo are all really good. Highly recommend the garlic parmesan fries!“

“We were in last night for the Finger Steaks and planks! Awesome! We kept hearing about finger steaks in Idaho, so we searched you out. We were NOT disappointed! Loved them, and the environment. We sat at the bar and the service top notch. Bartender and staff were friendly and good at making you feel appreciated and taken care of. Maybe we caught them on a good night, but a bar with little to no smoke was much appreciated for this asthmatic, but I was willing to take the chance for your finger steaks! “Had dinner there last night for a family celebration. Let me first state that I am NOT a huge steak fan. I never order steak at restaurants. Hubby grills steak every Saturday night. The exception to this rule is Jakers, their steaks are amazing! Their Cap steak is the best steak I have ever had. It sells out every night. Last night I had their special which was a Filet with a bearnaise peppercorn sauce that had me practically licking my plate. That being said that last night the food was eclipsed by our server, Zach. He is an absolute treasure, bustling around meeting our needs. Funny and personable, knowledgeable. I would include him in the top 3 servers that I have EVER had (and I am 68). I can't say enough about how awesome he is!“

They said they would be sending me a coupon. Last time I called they said the same thing and I Never got the coupon. Even though it says on the receipt what I ordered it isn't in the bag.Not Happy!“
“Came in for Saturday morning brunch, we had a party of 6. We informed the lady at the front and she told us it would be a 20 minute wait. Totally fine! We then sat and waited and watched 3 parties ranging from 5 people to 7 people be seated before us when they walked in after we did, I am not sure if they called ahead but it didn't seem that way. We ended up waiting about 35-40 minutes before getting seated so next time I think we'll call in. Coffee was great, beautifully crafted. All of the food we got was absolutely delicious! Only thing i wish was a little more extensive would be the options on the kids menu and there are only 2 things to choose from. Will definitely be back!“

“We love going here. It feels like home for us. We are there either Saturday or Sunday, sometime both every weekend. Tony is the owner and is always there chatting with the regulars. He also loves talking to out-of-town visitors about their trips and home towns. The main lady here is Mary, she is in charge, and her dedication to her job is evident. She is friendly and we love chatting about what new with us and with her when she comes to check on us. Our waitress Chelsea knows exactly what we want ? and delivers it to us with her beautiful smile, hot just the way we like it!! “It seems some of the reviews mix the event center up with Red Hawk restaurant which is in the same building. Both venues are terrific. Canyon Crest Event center is a great place to have an event. The staff is a lot of fun and make sure their guest enjoy the event. The charcuterie boards are awesome! The food is delicious. I look forward to future events at Canyon Crest!“

“With most places in Twin this is one of the few places to hang out during the inclimate weather. Typical bar setting but with pool tables dart boards etc. Larry provides exceptional service and she checks on you continually throughout the night. Not sure about the food.“
“Shari's is one of those restaurants that when you go there you know exactly what you're getting when you walk in. It's not homemade, but it usually is delivered looking just like the picture in the menu. If we get a late start on a Saturday, and most other places are crowded, we can always get a table at Shari's. It didn't used to be that way, because there were a limited amount of choices in Twin. But, with all of the really good breakfast and dinner choices opening up, they have given Shari's a run for their money. I think there are devoted diners that fill the booths, but I see the atmosphere there not changing with the times. I know they recently remodeled, but it is quickly looking rundown again. There should be less booths, and more tables and chairs. Not only would that make it easier to clean, but the seats wouldn't get ripped, and look unsightly.Like I said, if you are not interested in waiting in line, and a average dining experience is good enough with you, go to Shari's, you will get full, and the waitresses are pleasant.“
