I ordered a Philly cheese steak and they sent me a pizza, I wanted jalapenos on one of my pizzas and they didn't put it ? but if they charged for them, I called them to tell them about my sandwich and they would send it to me and I don't think it will arrive it's been 45 minutes since I made the call and it does not arrive

We were driving through town on our trip and stayed in a motel of Best Western. We were so tired and hungry, but we didn’t want to drive to go eat. I looked up closest deliveries available and Dominos came up. We ordered the 2 or more for 6.99 deal and we ate, even after tip for under 30.00! Also, the food got here in 20 minutes and was hot and perfect! Thank you!

Ordered carryout pretty late, about 12:30, from the app on 3/11/24. Got a call shortly after from I'm assuming the lady who was assigned to make the order, Victoria. Conversation went as followed."We don't do carryout."Me: "oh like at this location or..?""No it's just too late to do carryout, but you can get delivery.""Uh... I live in Filer?"Rudely, she said: "We don't deliver to Filer.""I'm.... Aware? That's why I ordered carryout. Is there like... Anything I can do? Is it because the POS systems are down or something?""You can just order tomorrow"*I pause and contemplate what I'm hearing*"Uhhh...""I'll just cancel your order""Uh... Oh...Kay?"*She hung up on me*It's not enough for me to freak out and call the store tomorrow to get you fired, but it's enough to upset me. I've worked in food service too, like if you just said, "hey man we close in half an hour, I really don't wanna make your order cause we started pre closing," I would totally understand. But you didn't even answer my question, how do you have delivery available but not carryout?? The other way around would make more sense.

I only ordered and waited to take home. But I had enjoyed every minute of the wait which was not long. The people working was all very nice and attentive. They even spoke to me while I was waiting which is rare these days. It kinda made my day.GO DOMINOS !Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible and they even have gluten free options for the crust.
Online order was horrible. Pizza was not done, soaking in grease and unable to be eaten. Complete center fell out trying to pick up however crust was crunchy. Go figure. Lost our business. This was ordered on 12/27.

This pizza was an "emergency" pizza and it was probably the worst pizza we have ever had from Dominoes: toppings including cheese were so scarse they could have all fit on tablespoon. Hopefully we will never rate another "emergency" pizza. It was that bad.
