This place is AmAzInG!!! Even my kids love it! Their favorite is the chorizo breakfast burrito (they make their own chorizo ) and their aguas frescas are just like in Mexico the lime one is sooo refreshing i wish i could get it every day- if i lived closer I probably would get it every day. They're also really friendly and accommodating and will customize things pretty easily. If you're tired after work and dont want to cook, or just want some REALLY good authentic Mexican food- go here! Also they cater!!!

So so good! The best Mexican I've had in the area. I will definitely be going again. My husband had the burrito matador and it was sooo flavorful and filling. I had the taco plate with asada and it was delicious. Fresh and homemade/grown. Can't go wrong going here.

If you're driving through Twin Falls and need to stop for a great bite to eat you've got to try this truck. OMG the food is amazing. The chicken tacos with the pumpkin sauce is to die for. The first one I'm not sure how many bites I actually took because it was gone pretty quick. I didn't have any toppings on mine just the chicken in sauce but there are topping options and probably just as delicious. So if you need to stop at D&B or the Grocery Outlet or even the Western Store across Addison make sure you stop and give them a try. They have a lot of yummy options for food and drinks and sometimes a special dessert. The nicest of people as well.

This place is incredible!!! Stopped on our road trip while seeing Shoshone Falls. We got burritos and mine was one of the best burritos I've had. I can't eat dairy right now (my baby is allergic and I'm breastfeeding) and I don't eat meat, which can be very difficult eating out. But they put together the most amazing vegetarian dairy-free burrito with rice, beans, potato, cabbage, and pico for me :) The flavor was awesome. The rice was so delicious (they gave me a little sampler of it by itself). And the tortilla was just amazing!! Loved it and couldn't be happier we stopped! My partner got the carne asada burrito and also loved his. Wish they were in Boise!

Very happy we decided to stop by to try this food truck! It was delicious, so flavorful, fresh and the best Mexican food I've had in twin by far! The steak had so much flavor and I could taste the fresh home grown veggies too! not to mention the tortilla, so yummy! I used to think the best here in twin was cafe Rio, lol but so excited we found your food truck!! We definitely will be back for more.

Been looking for tasty authentic SoCal Mexican food in Twin, and now we finally found it! Some of the best Mexican food I have had has been in a hole in wall in San Diego , and from food carts from Tijuana to Rosarito. This place is legit! The portions are large (these ain't street tacos baby )! I had the burrito Pipian con Pollo; it was delish! With the right balance of the pumpkin spice that had a warm finish on the palate. The ratio of chicken/rice/beans was just right! The beans weren't Rosirita refries that masquerade as beans these were the real deal where you can actually see beans. My better half had two tacos: Traditional Asada, and Papas con Chile. She raved about both! She even let me taste the Traditional Asada! It was so good it reminded me of my days in SoCal! Forgot to mention, they make their own corn tortillas! Yum! We opted for a couple of Agua Frescas to wash down our tasty meals. Both were great but the mango beats strawberry hands down (OK I'm one of those weirdos who thinks strawberries are overated), but my wife loved her strawberry! I wish that they would had a choice of having real Agua de Jamaica or Agua de Piña but alas...no. But finally some great Mexican food here in Twin! We will be back, and you should give then a try! The couple that runs this food cart are nice and personal able and will make a great addition to the local food scene here in Twin Falls!

Went here while getting an oil change. It was convenient because I didn't have my car available and was starving. I wasn't expecting to find my new favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is amazing! And the customer service was great too! I was expecting to see the typical asada, shredded chicken and carnitas or something but the menu had a bunch of new things. The lady gave me samples of the menu items and it only made deciding harder because everything was REALLY good! I liked that they make their corn tortillas by hand and fresh! Also, they're juice drinks are from scratch with real fruit. It's nice to have something unique and fresh here in Twin we now come here a couple times a week and pick up dinner for the family on my way home. You won't be disappointed!
