Should be called Idaho Average Joe's. The Omelette was runny and because the eggs were not cooked. They tried to bring out a BURNT English Muffin and asked if I wanted it. I will be looking for another breakfast place in Twin Falls.

Idaho Joe's has great food. I have very little to say bad about them. I gave them one star is because when we arrived they sat us down right away. We were not told that there would be a wait time etc. Our order was taken and the drinks given. Nothing out of the ordinary. After about an hour we asked about our meal and we're told that there was two large groups that had ordered before us and they were short staffed. I do not blame any of the employees, but am disappointed that we were not given a wait time so we could make a decision whether to stay o go elsewhere.

Very disappointing from a service standpoint. Although we were IMMEDIATELY seated, we were never told 2 groups of 15 people arrived so orders would be behind. Had the hostess informed us of the situation we would had the choice of accepting the wait time or choose another restaurant. Communication, communication, communication is KEY to customer satisfaction.

Our group of 5 stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon. 3 members of our group got the brunch buffet while my husband and I ordered sandwiches from the menu. Even though they were very busy with brunch service, our food came out quickly! My meal, the Blue Mountain Burger, really hit the spot! Our waitress was attentive and efficient which we all really appreciated. We would definitely come back!
