Literally sitting in ihop in twin falls Idaho currently. Our server, is so inattentive… have asked for a few sauces a few times still don’t have all of them. Had to ask another server to find our waitress so that we could get refills. Chicken was burnt, turkey was dry as hell. :( servers need more training and better attitudes. Last time I eat there.

This place was awful! Customer service was worse. It was empty on our side, and we still had terrible service. I will never go back. We didn't even eat our meal. It was filthy in there, too. We left and had a wonderful lunch at Idaho Joe's.

Haven't been here in a long time, and thought we would give it a shot. Went for dinner. First red flag, the table next to us were complaining about how long it took to receive their food, A ND their order was wrong. So, we sat and waited, and it took quite a while for our waitress to ask for our drink order. As we waited for our server to arrive, we looked around the dining room, and there were 5 tables that needed to be bussed. 2nd red flag. Our waitress arrived to take our drink, and since we had waited so long for her arrival, we wanted to give her our food order. But, as we started to tell her we would like to order our food, we were told she would take the drink order, and RETURN to get our food order!! Whaaaat? We were ready. We waited for our drinks to come, forrrrever.... So, was it now OK to take our dinner order? Too funny, huh? While we were waiting for her to return, another table was vacated... now... this makes 6 dirty tables, 3rd red flag. Sheesh. Our dinner arrived, it was only marginal, and certainly not worth the hassle we endured just to order The best part was, we understand the plight of the people that were complaining when we first arrived, because our dinner took a long time to arrive, and only one of the two were correct. You just can't make this stuff up. Sheesh. So, needless to say, it will probably be a while till we go again. Bummer, huh?So we tried again, and this is years later. Almost the same dinner experience. Who brings a chicken sandwich with fries... WITHOUT THE FRIES?! sheesh. Dirty tables, but the wait staff was chatting with themselves, and nit paying much attention to the dining room. Maybe we'll try again in a couple more years.

Dirty restaurant. Service almost non-existent as the servers were busy socializing with each other (5 of them standing in a circle multiple times), loudly calling each other’s name across the restaurant, and loudly singing instead of paying attention to the needs of the customers. Slow to get our taken taken, food delivered, coffee refilled, getting a glass of water took multiple requests and then one glass was dirty but server never checked back so it could be replaced. Waited over 10 minutes for our check as the server had disappeared to the back. Manager seemed to be the only one cleaning tables. Good to see a manager pitching in but not when others are just standing around. Note that the restaurant only had approximately five other tables so it wasn’t as if they were busy. We won’t be back.

Waitress were very unprofessional, slow and all gathered around talking about another employee.Our waitress carried my onion rings out on a plate holding the plate with her sweatshirt sleeve with sweatshirt touching our food.The tomato soup was 7.99 and was barely a couple spoon fulls smeared around on a small plate. We won’t be back!

Never got a chance to have dinner at work, not many options for me when I got off. I looked & saw Ihop was open 24 hours. So glad I discovered that. Have be there in probably 2 years. It was excellent will be back.
