Ate there with my kids last night. The service was excellent, and the food was good. What I didn't like was the way the owner or manager, whatever he was, treated his employees. He was rude and ignorant. Our server was on top of everything. She checked on us regularly and made sure our drinks were full. She was a lot of fun and really took her job seriously. However, the manager thought she wasn't doing her job, because he obviously wasn't paying attention, and demanded to know why she wasn't running food. He did this where other employees and customers could hear. He was also all over the kitchen staff for whatever reason. However, everyone kept it together and got our food to us. The server also kept it together and didn't lose her smile at all. I would recommend this place, but I hope they find a better person to take care of it.
First time here, food was very good. Had the Black Garlic Tonkotdu Ramen and an Idaho roll with tuna instead of salmon. Lots of food, could not eat it all. 10 out of 10 would eat here

So first off, my server Heather was great. She was busy with almost a full section, but attentive at the same time. My food came out in a timely manner. It was fresh and she checked on me consistently. If you come in, i would recommend asking for Heather’s section.Food was great. I love the Idaho Roll. I will probably get that every time I come in. The gyoza and tempura shrimp are delicious as well. The pork bun was more like a sandwich, like a Japanese/Chinese gyro.However I do have a problem. I know that some of the other servers are younger, but there definitely needs an attitude adjustment. The server with the red hair sat and talked to the sushi chefs while three other sushi rolls sat in the window for probably more than 5 minutes. Secondly, having another server loudly exclaim, “that’s not my table, so I don’t care.” while bringing back a dish isn’t very professional either. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, that’s not acceptable.I know the manager is hard worker and trying to keep the place flowing because he was running more food than the rest of the servers, aside from mine.All in all, the food was great for what you pay for. Service, I was fortunate to have a good server. I would definitely recommend eating here while passing by or if you’re craving a simple sushi roll.

When I first started ordering with Nara my order came out perfect, in the last month, I have had missing items, absolutely NO sauce, not even soy sauce or the sauces that are supposed to come with what I normally order. The fish quality is great, but it’s ultimately boring and flavorless without the sauce. And when calling to report the issue, I got told I was lying. Many. Times.

FOOD POISONING. We have always enjoyed this place and have never had any issues, However we went as a group of 3 on Saturday March 11th. The server Elaine was awesome and kind as always. Our appetizers seemed undercooked, and our Ramen was flavorless. The ramen bowls they served us in were dirty and greasy on the outsides. The Chicken in my bowl seemed undercooked, I had 2 bites and decided to remove the meat all together and just have the noodles(which i couldnt finish either). The egg was slightly undercooked as well. Within an hour of leaving we all started experiencing gastrointestinal issues. It took about 24-48 hours to feel better again. We ran into some friends on the way in who has just finished eating and they later reported the same gastrointestinal issues. I'm sad to say we won't be coming back here again.

The people they have working at this place is great they are all personal and great spirited good music great show on their TV's great food my sushi did take awhile but was well worth the wait the server handle a really pick guy at the booth behind mine he was ride yeah she for got your egg its not the end of the world i don't blame her for get on you about it this is a great place got dinner and a show
Every waiter/waitress that has serve me and my husband has been incredible! Always checking up on us and being their best! The food quality is always great and always fresh and always flavorful. We’ve had just about every sushi roll on the menu and ramen bowls. The environment is always so much fun with a variety of different music in the background from 80’s/90’s rock to today’s hits and in between. The artwork inside is so perfect for this type of restaurant. The boba is delicious and I recommend this place to everyone and people who are new to the sushi experience.And don’t listen to that Stephen M. dude. He’s just bored.

To start the server was super rude . I can hear her complaining in the back about tables request and how people can’t wait when they are short staffed. And when I mentioned the ramen was missing an egg, But we were ok we didn’t want it . She said “oh well sooorry I guess I’m just gonna get fired for that” I told her listen we are fine with out it but I don’t think u need to vent to a customer about your problems. She said u know what, stop u can talk to my manager. Who never came to speak w us . Second the heavy set guy w glasses(who is the manager apparently )while giving us our plates kept putting his thumb in our soup. Every single plate even after I said , hey can you not . I asked for lime and they rolled their eyes. . Finally we got our bill. Had items we didn’t even receive , and they charge me for my lime wedge. Honestly I still tipped a few bucks but she shouldn’t of gotten a dime after that behavior.

This is our favorite place and it has gone down hill service is terrible. Last time we were there was cockroaches. I ordered the strawberry saki and she took the lid from me so I was unable to shake it. Then when I asked it back she said she needed it back so we didn’t take the bottle with us. Why and the hell would we take the bottle we are there to have a good time. Not impressed at all.

The food here is bomb, it's become one of my new favorite places! We've been probably 5-6 times now. The spicy ramen is my favorite and the boba is good. I've also liked every sushi roll we've tried so far. The service is really hit and miss, though. Sometimes they are fast and attentive but often they are pretty slow. The host/hostesses are not usually very friendly but the waitresses are usually nice. I would not recommend going here if you are in a hurry (an hour lunch break is not long enough).

Every waiter/waitress that has serve me and my husband has been incredible! Always checking up on us and being their best! The food quality is always great and always fresh and always flavorful. We’ve had just about every sushi roll on the menu and ramen bowls. The environment is always so much fun with a variety of different music in the background from 80’s/90’s rock to today’s hits and in between.
