We ordered the med salad and some Japanese pan noodles. Both of them had a hair in them and the noodle bowl was filled halfway. It looked like a small portion even though we ordered a regular. Not very impressed!

Online the price for a plate of spaghetti w/marinara is shown as $7. I drive to the restaurant and they want $11 dollars for that item. That’s false advertising in my opinion.

Noodles is our go-to spot for a fast, filling(but not over filling), and delicious meal on our shopping days. Works great for lunch or dinner. Service is always helpful with any questions we have, and the kids love their options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.Kid-friendliness: Good portions, and great options.

We, my 2 kids and myself, were on the road for 12 hours from AZ and got to the location in Twin Falls right at 9 pm. We were very hungry. We like to eat at Noodles and Company as a treat when we come thru b/c we don’t have any near us (nearest one is 6 hours away in Missoula), only to have the cash register gal run over and lock the doors right in front of us as we were walking up. I was pissed b/c they wouldn’t acknowledge us standing outside knocking on the door. Then she pops her head out and said they closed 10 mins ago, which would had been 8:50pm, when closing hours clearly state 9pm on a Sunday night. It’s one thing if the door was already locked, but to run up a literally lock it in front of us is beyond acceptable. This is the problem with service now a days. Workers don’t care about their jobs and take no pride in what they do and don’t go the extra mile. Don’t think I’ll stop here again.

Decent food, but they skimp you on meat, small portions, and overpriced. Better to take your money to other fresh food take outs like McAllisters, Cafe Rio, Chipotle, etc.

Loved the Pad Thai!! Fast service and cautious about making it gluten safe for me. Great people working there!!
