I had a charge show up on my credit card from them for an order made online. I tried to get the manager on the phone but he could not be bothered to talk to me. So I had to talk with an employee who was relaying info to the manager. I get that he may have been busy, but he could have gotten my number and called me back and I would have been fine with that. I have never eaten there but was wanting to try it. I don't think I will be trying them now.

Whatever you do, do not! I repeat do not call the 208 number to order your food! It's definitely sent to a call center. The guy I was talking to was a complete jerk.. I asked for the manager, he put me on hold and came back to the line and gave a different name saying he was the manager continuing with his bad attitude and rudeness.. He told me it's your own fault you don't believe me that I didn't get a manager.. lol

Two stars, because the pizza was tasty, BUT....the two 10" GLUTEN FREE pizzas I ordered were NOT gluten free, and it caused sickness with the person the pizza was ordered for. Unacceptable. They did not send the red pepper and parmesan cheese, as instructed. The pizzas were not cut through. Disappointing to be sure. I will not be ordering for our meetings again.
