I placed a order yesterday evening for five heartbaker pizzas to be ready to picked up at 5:15pm today. And I gave my card information to be charged. I received a call back from the lady I had placed my order with letting me know she couldn't charge my card until today. I arrived at Papa Murphy's at 5:15pm. I was told they had one of my five pizzas left to make. I waited. I was getting the pizzas as a special dinner for my family & had three stops to make after I picked up the pizzas. After 15 minutes I asked about my order. No one knew what was going on. The owner came & somehow my pizzas magically appeared. I asked him why I had been waiting. And that I had been told that one of my pizzas was still needing to be made. He said no the pizzas had been made during the day & they were just waiting to be picked up. I asked him again why I had been waiting if they were already made. He said I needed to pay for them. I told him they should have already been charged to my card. I gave my card info to the lady that took my order yesterday evening. He said they don't do that & I was misinformed. One of the gals chimmed in that they had thrown it away at the end of the shift. That's just great. The Owner was like so are you going to pay for these or not. I said I just want to make sure I'm not going to be double charged. He said again are you going to pay for these or not. I paid & left. The Owner is a bold-faced liar & a jerk.Parking: The drive thru blocks the regular parking. I had to wait for one of the cars in the drive thru line to let me out . Stupid.

The last three times we got pizza, including today, we ordered thin crust. The first time and this time my husband ordered the pizza after he got to the store. Both times the crust was the regular crust not thin! The only order out of the three that had thin crust was the one we ordered online. Not sure where the problem is but as much as we like Papa Murphy’s if we can’t get it the way we want we won’t be back.

When I think of pizza, I always think of Papa Murphy's. It has been awhile since I have ordered and I was very disappointed to find that they no longer make their bread sticks (pizza style) and even more bummed when they didn't offer the chocolate chip cookie dough. Sometimes change is not always a good thing.

Picked up food for friends who were sick.It took over 30 minutes to pick up food they ordered online an hour prior to me getting there.It's extremely ridiculous.
The store is bare bones, but it is a pick up and take out operation. We love Papa, Murphy pizza. It is much more cost-effective and the taste is great.

I ordered/paid online thinking I could walk in, get my pizza, and leave. Gave them an extra 10 minutes. I walk in. I walk to the counter. I am ignored. 3 minutes I stood there. I then asked where I could pick up my online order. She points to the other register. I walk to that register and I'm ignored as well. Ignored as in the woman turned her back on me and walked away. I could understand this treatment if I were ordering, cool. No. I'm there to pick up a pizza I see is clearly made sitting on the rack!! All they have to do is hand it to me. Nope. Clearly things are backward at this store. FYI, this entire time, not a single, "I'll be with you in a moment ".

If you do not order one of their specials or have a coupon, it can be pricey. Other than that, the service was great, and the pizza was made well.

Yesterday was oddly BIZARRE and busy for this location and the staff seemed overwhelmed but they handled it with ease and professionalism. Some of the other customers shared frustration, which is understandable but all staff and managers seemed to be calm and in control of the chaos. My order was before schedule and great. It made our Halloween that much more great and sweet/delicious. If I were allowed to tip the employees I would have. Thanks Papa Murphys, Twin Falls. Awesome job. ? ?
