The food tasted great. Our server had some major issues, though. She brought our appetizer, and when we were done she asked if we needed anything else, to which we said no. But she had forgotten that we ordered food with her. She was bringing us our check, and we had not even had our meal. So we reminded her and she brought it. But I think it had been in the "window" for a bit. The worst part, though, was that we never got checked on again. No drinks or bottomless sides checked or refilled. My water stayed empty, I had to ask someone else for a to go box. It was frustrating. But, with that being said I highly recommend the limited time only Burnt Ends Loaded Fries.

Experience at this location has been a complete toss-up for us - either really fabulous or terrible. There are some fantastic servers here who have taken wonderful care of us... and other times we've been basically ignored. The food quality has become consistently mediocre compared to other locations, so rarely do I chance the experience anymore.

My wife and I went there to have a celebration dinner. Now it's 1:00 a.m. and I'm sitting on the toilet celebrating the fact that I made it into the bathroom before I made a mess on our scraped pine floors. As soon as I walked in the door I discovered that the floors were incredibly slick. Apparently whoever mopped started in the kitchen and just spread grease over the entire restaurant floor. My shoes were wet because it was raining outside and I did the splits right there in the breezeway. I should have just turned around and left based on that omen, but I didn't. The rug and the breezeway was crumpled up and despite the fact that the hostess noticed I slipped because the traction rug was pushed to the side she didn't bother straightening it up for the next person. We ordered drinks and the Tower of Onion Rings. Our onion ring appetizer with delivered within a few minutes by a weird looking dude with an afro. He walked out of the kitchen with the onion rings sat them on our table without stopping and kept walking. He may have walked right out the front door. To be honest I'm not entirely sure he actually worked there. But he didn't give us plates which they typically do with the appetizers so I had to ask another staff for plates because I didn't want to eat off the table like a heathen.I ordered the Scorpion Burger because it is touted in their menu as being a very spicy sandwich. The burger that I received was bland and unseasoned, topped with a mixture of shredded lettuce and mayonnaise. None of the promised jalapenos or pepper jack cheese, etc were to be found. And it was room temperature.I didn't send it back because I was really fairly late and I had to get back home to Paul so I can turn around and get up at 6:00 and head back into Twin. So I sprinkled on some of the seasoning they have at the table and just finished about half of it.I also had the Bottomless Steak Fries which were undercooked and unseasoned but at least they were undercooked sometime prior to lunch because they were greasy and stale as well.It wasn't incredibly busy and they had two more hours to go before they closed so naturally all the wait staff congregated at the front desk to stand around yapping and ignoring the few customers that were there. As suggested previously I'm writing this from my bathroom where I'm spraying diarrhea into my toilet and eating Tums which will hopefully settle my rolling stomach.Hopefully my wife isn't in the other bathroom having a similar experience. So thanks for the crummy $50 meal, so-so service, dangerous floors, kitschy decorations, diarrhea and an upset stomach.

So basically after Twin Falls beat canyon ridge 63-50 my friends and I wanted an exquisite dinner, little did we know about the magical night we were about to have…First off we were greeted by Will who was amazing! And then we were seated, our server was named Bonnie, and man oh man was she amazing, she made sure to always bring us more refills (this led to me drinking 6 strawberry lemonades). P.S. they are bottomless drinks. Overall the experience was magical, some may say it was the happiest place on Earth, 10 out of 10 experience would come again to see my home girl Bonnie and my slime Will

We drove up from Heyburn on Valentine's day. It was also family day. There was a guy going around to the tables doing balloon animals. He did a dinosaur for my son and a Hello Kitty for my daughter. In my opinion he made my daughter's Valentine's day the best. She could not stop grinning and giggling the whole ride back home.Kid-friendliness: They had a guy doing balloon animals on family night. He was great and absolutely made my kids night the best while we were there.

Food tasted good and servers were friendly. But I've been having severe nausea, dizziness, fever, and vomiting throughout the night. Red Robin was the only thing I ate yesterday, and my vomit tastes like bottomless fries, so I highly suspect I got food poisoning here...

I can't believe myself. My family and I have been here several times, and I haven't left a single comment on our experience. Every time we've been here. We have been waiting on by such great waiters. Just this time, we were waited on by the sweetest lady (forgive me for not catching a name). She was so attentive to what we needed. She spared an extra minute for what our two little ones had to say. My husband got a BBQ burnt end bacon burger. I had the Southwest salad. My girls had a cheeseburger, a classic pepperoni, and cheese pizza. Yes, it was a bit chilly, especially if you get seated by the door, but the food and service make up for it.
