Good service. Very friendly. When I got there one team member opened the door for me even though she was wrestling a garbage can. The person who helped made eye contact and was very pleasant. Got my drink quick!

I was told through the drive threw that my points would be able to get me a free tea. After placing the order was told all is fine. Then proceeded to drive up and get told I had to pay since my 132 points weren’t working. This Starbucks is the only Starbucks I ever have trouble getting orders to be right. I’d recommend another Starbucks in the area.

I only go in drive threw here just because the parking lot is extremely small and you can easily get stuck and its very hard to get out. Most of the time my coffee is right and tastes great. There has been a couple mishaps but easily corrected when they are extremely busy. Staff seems nice everytime I go.

My wife makes me go here every morning. They are usually pretty quick. Very rarely are there any mistakes and when there is a mistake, it is fixed immediately.

For some reason they can never get my food order to satisfaction. This morning I purchased a bacon Gouda sandwich and the bacon was not cooked at all and I did not realize it until I got home. I ended up throwing it away. It was not edible. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location with the breakfast sandwich. I prefer the other location down by the canyon here in Twin Falls.

Nice employees, otherwise a normal starbucks. This one is better than the one on the north side of town for sure
Drink tasted like they used my cup to wash out the machines. Didn't say anything because I was in a business conference. Someone should deep dive the reason that some drinks are coming out tasting watery and unusual. Also they mentioned they would bring my drink onto the patio but 20 min later I found it sitting on the counter.

I placed a pick up order online, arrived at the location 30 minutes before closing to find that they closed the store at 8 (even though hours posted online and store front say they close at 8:30 on Fridays). The employees inside saw us at the drive through window but never acknowledged us, we attempted to call about our order because the payment was already taken out of our account, they ignored the phone. I checked the doors and they were both locked. Thankfully the other location near Taco Bell fulfilled our order free of charge.
