I haven’t been to subway in 5+ years. I decided to go there for my lunch and check it out. I was truly disgusted when the lady handled money then touched my sandwich everywhere with the same gloves. What is the point of gloves if you’re just going to be disgusting anyways.

I went in to pick up an order for door dash, there was no order and the 2 employees working there said they thought they remembered the name but couldn’t find the order. I had another order waiting to be delivered from another merchant so I said I’d be back. When I came back ten minutes later they still hadn’t found the order. One employee looked back and said he found it. He asked the other employee to prepare it. She put gloves on and then started sweeping the floor. I asked about the order and she said she had to clean so she could leave on time. The other employee started looking at the previous orders and ignored me.They both seemed un interested in providing me with service. Very frustrating to me as I’m trying to provide service to customers ordering on line. Time is money in the door dash occupation. I had to cancel delivery of this order . I felt sad for the customer who ordered on line!

Unfriendly. Rude. Language inappropriate for customers. I was discouraged by my experience. It's too bad Con Paulos doesn't own them anymore, because they have really gone downhill. It takes very little effort to go the extra mile for customers. Instead of complaining at their topping choices. Maybe it was an off day for the staff. I hope so.

Mariah was the only one on shift. She was very PATIENT and respectful in the way she carried herself. Why she was the only one on shift I will never know. Good disposition and attitude. Keep it up! (Give her a raise)

This lady was so rude, rolling her eyes at me and my family. If you hate your job maybe you shouldn't work a customer service job? Food was good but service not so much.

I placed an online order and was disappointed with several things. When I arrived, my order was ready and waiting which was great. Well my drink had no ice and was warm. I grabbed my stuff and walked over to the soda machine to discover there was no ice in the machine. I didn’t want to drink a warm soda, so I waited around for a few minutes to ask an employee if they would have more ice soon. To my surprise, there was no employee to be found even after waiting around. I decided to just leave because it wasn’t a huge deal. Well when I went to eat my food, my sandwich was missing several things. Specifically, I was upset that my sandwich didn’t have bacon or cheese. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back to the store, so I dealt with the mistake. Then when I went to eat my cookies, they were rock hard from being over cooked. I was definitely disappointed.

One sandwich makes 2 meals for us. It says I need to leave a longer review and this should work. It seems making it easy and simple is not the Trip Advosor book.

The food was fine but I feel terrible for the guy working! I come in a lot and I only ever see him on the line. I’m a slow eater so I see loads of people come in and this poor dude is swamped. I applaud him for being a trooper because I thought he was working by himself.Turns out, there’s another guy in the back just, on his phone. I’ve seen it several times and in the hours Ive spent here I’ve seen him come out for a soda refill then he hides away in the back again. He’s not doing any kind of work either, the dishes are visible in the sink and it looks awful back there. I feel bad for the dude up front because he is really nice and clearly deserves some better co workers! (Front guy: glasses, long hair, on the shorter side. back guy: slightly taller, a little larger, brown long curly hair) Anyway, makes me a little concerned for the quality of the food and if the back looks awful, how is our food being treated?

Really good (new) customer service. A short guy with long hair and glasses helped me. he, unlike the other people i’ve experienced in the past, was very kind and helpful! The place finally looked clean too. I highly recommend giving this subway another shot. Food was good and I didn’t feel like I was going to be poisoned upon arrival like the past. Overall good experience.

The food was good, but the service is awful. Everytime I go to this location they take forever and act like they have all kinds of better things to do. The times I go are not busy times.
