Been eating at taco bells for 50+years with fond memories an some not so, the food at our local one is good but as with all things in today's world the food is smaller an more expensive the burritos used to be longer than your hand an made a meal now they're barely a hand full. Taco Supremes used to be nearly double the size of a normal taco now they're the same yes I know efficiency an speed is the thing now in fast food sigh but do miss the old ones. Overall food was good service was a bit slow at the register but with the self service stuff now ehh, the floors were a bit messy tables needed a wipe but wasn't terrible great place to talk an enjoy a quick bite.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are hard to open the self closers are set to firm a wheel chair user will need a hand to open them
I lovd taco bell and i will always love it and i suggest trying it at least once in ur life. Very affordable.

The customer service in twin falls is CRAZY and then on top of that none of our burritos/tacos had any meat on them haha which is kinda od funny but honestly, what!!?? I feel bad if yall gave my stuff to a vegetarian .
These dumb little bxtches are so fuxking bad at their job it's not even funny. I can always count on them to fuxk up the most basic order in the world EVERY time. This time she gave me twists instead of chips, didn't even ask what i wanted for my drink in my meal, asked if i wanted sauce & then didn't give me a SINGLE sauce packet, & behaved & sounded like she was straight up high. I can't believe how dumb these chicks are. I'm so fuxking sick of this place. How hard is it to put fuxking SAUCE in a mf BAG!

I don't normally review fast food, but felt like I had to this time. My daughter ordered 3 tacos, all she wanted was meat and cheese. She got 3 empty taco shells. Yes, I'm serious. I don't know how you can even do that by accident.

If your a paying customer they are very cool, if you are a door Dasher acting as a 3rd party freelance driver for their paying customers that keep the business going, just as much as the customers that drive there themselves; WELL I PERSONALLY GET THE FEELING LIKE I AM A BOTHER BY COMING AND JUST TRYING TO MAKE A LIL SIDE MONEY TO PAY BILLS, I HAVE ONE A QUESTION, IS IT COMPANY POLICY TO HAVE THE DRIVERS GO AROUND TWICE WHEN THEY ARE THERE TO PICK UP MORE THAN ONE ORDER? OR IS THAT JUST SOMETHING THE EMPLOYEES DO TO MAKE US LATE ON OUR DELIVERIES BY HAVING TO PICK ONE UP, AND IF THERE IS A LINE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO PICK UP THE OTHER ORDER?
I went there with my wife for a late dinner and places very clean and kitchen people were very helpful

Let's be honest. It isn't what grandma Juanita makes but that's not why you're going to taco bell. You're going because it's reasonably priced, and not that bad tasting. And they are fairly quick even during peak service times. So just shut up with your one and two star ratings already. You want real Mexican food, go to Mexico. You want fast food that resembles Mexican food? Taco bell it is.
Soda splashed everywhere, sodas tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in a while. Tortillas where stale and so thin you could see inside of them so the filling just popped through and went everywhere. Then it turned mushy and became a bug mess. The portions are tiny as well. Worst Taco Bell food I've ever eaten. The cashier was very nice though. Definitely room for managerial and ownership improvement.
