So disappointed! I ordered what is advertised as hand made in house fries and what I got was someone’s leftover burger king fries.

Waitress never brought us our sause for our street tacos like she promised. Nachos were made with some cheese like sause not real cheese. That was disapointing. It maked the chips soggy.

So I've been to 2 of the smokey bone locations. This one and the main one in Sun Valley. This one doesn't even come close to being as good as the one in Sun Valley. And the wait was so long the other night waiting for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and steak tacos ??♀️ the wait was about 30 -45 mins and finally when it was finished my kids hated the grilled cheese and wouldn't even eat it. The building was also very packed and loud with hardly any seating left. I'm not sure if we will be back or not.

Love the atmosphere. Service was good even though they sent the page to the wrong pager. The Mac and cheese was cold, brisket was tasty but cold. The okra was warm. The taste was all good but it was like the food was just warmed up.We ate here before the lunch hour, so it’s night like they were busy. This was not our first visit and it won’t be the last but hope next round is better.
We went online since no one answers the phone and don't return your calls. We ordered the ribs, we had heard all the good things about them. So we ordered and was having Grub Hub deliver. Well we were supposed to have our order by 5:15. We had not ordered from Smokey Bone or used Grub Hub before, this was our first time. Well 5:15 became 5:45 and no order. So I chatted with someone, they checked my order and said that Grub Hub didn't have a driver and we would have to wait. I asked to cancel the order. They said I could not cancel and since it was being processed and that we would just have to wait. Mind you this was my husband birthday so we waited, finally at 6:15 they cancelled our order and gave us a refund. I will never order from Smokey Bone not will I use Grub Hub.

Birthday lunch for my friend was excited to try catfish! Portions were large, not much for seasonings, the coleslaw was not good, less than a handful of fries. Customer service was unengaging. Their cell phones wete a priority. Both servers were slow to take orders, slow to serve. Totally out of salt packets.

The ribs are fantastic. The smoke ring is prominent which means these folks know how to smoke meat. Tender and tasty. Fried cabbage was good too.

Great food quick service and a great staff one and only bbq in Twin falls will do catering and very generous with portions

We got the prime rib for my hubby's Bday tonight. Was so juice and tender and was a huge slice...it was so amazingly good! Probably the best we've had. Better than what we've had at Cattleman'
Wow the new menu and value are not the same as before. Will be last time for me.
