This is my go to place when I want a good salad, the Cali is my favorite. I think all their food is good, it always tastes fresh and you get plenty to fill you up. The fries are a homemade style and hot...just the way I like them . You order at the counter and seat yourself so not much to comment on the service, there is outside seating when the weather is nice, we do have cold winters so inside is a must. You won't be disappointed if you choose to eat here.

Update:The owner had a quick response, they are giving me a refund. The manager Rainbow was very sweet and apologized profusely. For that I gave them another star.70$ for basic sandwiches. The C. Alan's pastrami was very dry and way over peppered with bland Russian dressing. The turkey club was missing meat, mostly bread. The Blue Barrymore burger was alright just thrown together and messy. The fries were under-blanched and very salty. The pesto parmesan fries were so salty the were unedible. And the snake bites were just cream cheese! If we weren't passing through I would have went back and asked for a refund this is unexceptable for the price!

Place is a joke. See pictures to understand. The pastrami is like peppered beef jerky. The burger is a pieced together mockery of a sandwich and the turkey sando is sad. The parm Pesto fries were so salty I couldn't even eat them. The regular fries were too al dente. If my wife and I hadn't already hit the road to continue our 3k mile road trip I would have gone back and demanded my money back. How this place has 4.6 stars is baffling. And the deep fried cream cheese bites were just that. Deep fried balls of cream cheese, disgusting.

The Sandwiches are good. I really don’t like their fries. So I paid extra for sweet potato fries. What’s upsetting is they didn’t include them in the order. When I called back to let them know the lady didn’t seam like she didn’t care very much. She made it sound like it would be an inconvenience for them to fix it. I probably wouldn’t mind if I liked their fries. Lady lady left a bad taste in my mouth. Which is why I will not return.

3.5 stars. We've been here a few times and there are definitely positive attributes. I like the decor and the vibe, the employees are friendly and helpful, the menu has some great options (although I'd like to see a muffuletta, chicken and biscuit sando, maybe a po boy, or pork belly bahn mi), and the prices while high, aren't outrageous. Some of their breads are underwhelming and a couple of their meats are forgettable. I was pretty disappointed with their Reuben, but then I was spoiled with Langer's in LA and Katz's in NY. It would be nice for better weekend hours, but I get it... old town is a ghost town on weekends. I don't imagine they'll be dialing in their recipes...they appear to be their tried and true, but given the selection, they are worth a visit if you're into sandwiches.

YUM! We stopped here on our way to Boise and it was wonderful! They had a Thai Tofu sandwich on the menu and I asked if I could get it in a wrap instead and it was delicious. The peanut sauce was amazing and all the veggies - just delicious. Tofu was crispy and yummy. The fries here were DELICIOUS! Wow, Idaho knows a thing or two about potatoes, huh? Yummy, they were really good. It's right in the heart of the downtown area of Twin Falls. It's a fast casual place, order at the counter and they bring out your food and drinks. The staff was super friendly. They had indoor and outdoor seating and it was nice enough to sit outside which was lovely. Will definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area.

The manager is comping the sandwich even though I didn’t ask, thanks!!!Previous review:Haven’t been for some years now but the sandwiches and service have changed. I ordered a couple ham sandwiches 1 with tomato and the other just cheese and after about 15 minutes I heard order up and there we were only a couple patrons but that didn’t stop the young lady behind the counter from talking to a young man with long hair. After 5 more minutes I had to get up and ask for our sandwiches to which she replied, give me a minute… Never got the tomato on mine… ?
Used to frequent when I lived in town and loved it, came back after christmas for lunch with mom before leaving town and found they had done a menu change at some point. sandos still great but they got rid of the best appetizer the had, fried mushrooms. They used to have the best fried mushrooms with chipotle ranch side and we literally picked them for those specifically. Our cashier even stated that people ask for fried mushrooms and onion rings all the time meaning they were popular ao why remove them? literally only reason im going 3 stars instead of 5. BRING BACK THE MUSHROOMS!
