Bigbys was my favorite bar in the Chicago suburbs until it was turned into yet another gambling nightmare.Now they changed the name on the listing but kept all the old reviews.

Somehow the new owner/renter of the address managed to keep all the reviews for the old establishment (called Bigsbys Pour House) even though the name changed. This place is now awful. If you are looking for craft beer and a good atmosphere, head somewhere else. Deceptive that the rating is so high, it's because the new place kept all the older reviews.

Used to love this place when it was the original Bigsby's. When the video games went in and the good beer selection went away, everyone I know is stopped going.

Arrived at the business on 14 Dec. and it was closed for business. The sign was up and on but no one there. Called multiple times but no pickup.

Awesome wait staff. Excellent beer. Food was delicious. Don't follow google directions. Restaurant is on the east side of the mall.

REALLY NEED TO START SERVING FOOD AGAIN!!! Even if it was a limited menu, or at LEAST the finger foods". Something... Mario's is literally next door... Heard they have pretty good food... Maybe SOMEONE should do a deal with them...? I'm a weekly (sometimes twice weekly) regular and I have to Door Dash food here...

It’s hard for me to give lower than three stars just because of how great this place used to be. But it’s a shell of its former self. I believe the original owner is no longer involved and it shows.What used to be a fun, quirky and usually crowded place to have some beer and food has become a glum, depressing establishment that rarely has any customers. I am not quite sure how they stay open.The beer selections the past few times I’ve been in has been poor. Staff are ok but don’t seem to know anything about beer. In general, it’s sadly just gone way downhill and that evidenced by the lack of customers anytime I drive by or stop in.

I loved coming here, the old owner gave so much of himself, he was here all the time. This was a great place to have a drink, eat some great food and watch sports. Too bad things have to change.

From how this place started to where it is now is truly sad. The atmosphere is glum and the staff is forgettable. Not sure how they're staying open. There's 100 bars with the same beer and have a food menu, the staff and atmosphere is what made this place, and now that's gone and what's left is a shadow of what use to be an amazing bar.
