Not really trucker friendly they have the space but owner rents out space for another trucking company had a bad altercation with this man who was very aggressive to 2 females , ordered food to go and they got everything backwards didn't see the mistakes until I left they gave ranch instead of blue cheese and pasta was dry no silverware for the order but the games were fun and none I seen was broken also drinks were great high price but worth it

Food is always great here. We love everything about it , my only issue is that the few times we have gone to eat at the restaurant we will sit at our table forever before even being acknowledged at all. This time around it took them 39 min to even come to our table and that sucked . I mean our waitress was great once we got her but we would have at least liked to be acknowledged not long after seating.
We had so much with our pre-teens at Dave & Busters in Addison! Even though we went on a busy Saturday night, there were still many games available at all times with little to no wait! We loved all the 4 player games the most!! Exceptional customer service from Gerardo who was working in the prize redemption area!! He was awesome!!

Okay, changing my review. We went back today with a friend. Had a much better time.They were much better staffed on the weekend. We got our food fast. The server was an amazing guy, I wish I had gotten his name.We bought a regular game card this time. Even lost it & the manager named, Billy, helped us out. He found our transaction & got us another card. He put the 2400 tickets back on it that my daughter won. And gave us an additional 170 chips! The manager didn't even know we had complained before.They definitely redeemed themselves. I still hope they are sure to explain to new patrons how their spring break cards work in the future. Transparency is huge thing in this day & age.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free buns.
I am here right now played 2 games and the 3rd game didn't even let me play. I mention it and the guy came over and fixed it. But lost the experience with playing against my kid. Also when I got here I went to the ladies room and only 2 stall were ok. All the others had pee or poop on the seats and the floor. And the rest of the bathroom was trashed. I spent $81 on a card for me and my husband to share and another $81 on my daughter. And had 3 drinks cost $29 not included tip. Also some not all employees were rude. Never coming back

we had an great time tonight! workers justin and teo helped us when claw machine was not working and overall made an amazing experience. THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!! we will be coming back here!!
