I went out to eat with my daughters and one of them ordered a burrito and a gordita and received something they didn't order and we told one of waiters nicely and someone came back in a rude way yelling at us that that was there order and wouldn't be changed very disappointed wont come back for sure.

Absolutely the best when it comes to gorditas! Spicey if you want or mild or not hot at all..Staff is super nice and quick.Presentation is all aces!House salsas are ON POINT!-Green is guacamole salsa - spice scale is. ?????? out of 10.-Red house salsa is an amazing flavored spice ???? out of 10.Both are a perfect blend of flavorlicious spice! I love mixing them on my gorditas..It is a little pricey but very very good food! And these ladies work hard to please.Weekend menudo isn't on main menu, so I forgot to order one ToGo.Please please do not take this the wrong way, chairs/stools no go. LolOverall very GREAT place to eat! And don't be afraid to try their array of a selection of gorditas, you WONT regret it! Just like the lady said, don't go there for cheese and bean gorditas ? because they offer sooooo much more and she's ? correct. (I'm getting hungry again) ? ?

If I could give them zero stars I would everything was ok when I walked in the girl in the front took my order what they failed to say is that the wait was going to be an hour for food. I went and asked a few times how long it would be and she kept saying they were working on it! Not to mention 3 other families walked in maybe 30 min after us and they were served WAY BEFORE US! Finally my food comes out it’s ice cold . My husband has asked for cheese on two of his gorditas and it didn’t have it. After waiting over an hour we didn’t feel like waiting another 44 min for them to add cheese. I mentioned to the girl manager my frustration not an apology it even a I get it or I’m sorry . I could have taken the $50 I spent and given my business to anyone else . Oh did I forget the people in the drive thru were being prioritized before the people in the dining room. They acted like I ordered for 15 people it was literally my husband and I and our child 3 orders . NO REASON ANYONE SHOULD BE WAITING OVER AN HOUR! Never coming back ever again.. save your Pennie’s people go to gorditas don Angel in elgin better server , better quality and definitely no one our wait for like 5 items.

We were visiting the area and i was so excited when we saw the gorditas advertised. Have been looking for a good gordita since moving from san antonio decades ago. The Gorditas and burritos were sooo delicious! Hope you expand outside of Illinois! Omaha Nebraska could use you!

I was on my way home from work and spotted this place out the corner of my eye. I pulled up in the parking lot excited hoping to order some delicious food. Again, as you know Mexican Food is one of my favorite foods. I was looking up at the menu trying to decide on what could I ordered different from my original meal. The young lady behind the register was very nice and patient with me while I decide what I wanted to ordered. Finally, I decided to ordered the steak Gordita with a side of rice. The food looked so delicious I couldn't wait to dig right into it. Bummer I was very disappointed with my meal. The Gordita was tasteless and the rice was very salty. I had to throw away the rice the salt was very overpowering. I must say the restaurant was very clean and impressive. I was just hoping for some good food and I was very disappointed. The customer service was nice, price were ok but the food could use some upgrade.
