OOOOOFIVE ZERO FOR SERVICE.It's the best place for IceCreams and Mango Nada,but at this location, we had a bad experience.I took my family for sweet treats, we were 18 people's. Store close at 10pm. We get there about 9:10 pm. Moment the know we were gonna seats there they start closing seating area. Customers are still coming, and they surprise the employee closing the seatting area. We talked to Manger but did not get a response.We took our business to "Oberweis ice cream"?. They were absolutely great. The manager treats our kids with balloons and small IceCreams treat in-house. They closed at 11 pm but Manger said you guys can enjoy it. we are here another hour for cleaning. But respect there time and left 10:50pm.I hope LA Michoacana management looking to this matter.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The girls who serve the snow have a terrible attitude. We asked for a glass for my son's snow cone because it was breaking and the girls told us no with a very ugly attitude. If you can't work with costumer service then look for another job where you don't have to interact with people. It seems that for giving us a glass and some spoons Ivan will deduct them from your check. For seconds, having so many customers and they don't have a bathroom, how ridiculous. Honestly, those girls ruined a night out and I hope the Manager does something. And it was the girl who didn't have her name tag

I ordered a crepe and they forgot to put chocolate inside ok mistakes happen what I didn't think was that I was calling them to tell them and they ignored me, it was more than half an hour waiting for my Nutella ? I loved this place but since they changed the staff went

Came in right when they opened. Two employees (male and female) were in the front and didn't speak, they looked at me and flat out ignored me after I said hello. I was getting ready to walk out after standing at the counter for a moment, not being helped by those two employees, but someone in the back came out and greeted me & took my order. She was polite and was the ONLY reason why I spent a dime in this place. I won't be back, I won't spend money where I feel I'm not welcomed. It's a shame in 2023 racism and prejudice is still prevalent, quite ridiculous when said prejudice is coming from another minority in this country smh. I'm sure if I was Hispanic those employees wouldve spoke to me and I would've had a more welcoming interaction.

Me and my family used to love it, but a couple weeks ago we noticed the corn is not fresh, we saw one of the workers using a frozen bag of corn. Also they don’t let you use the bathroom. How a Michoacana with a lot of profit don’t have a bathroom for customers? For sure, there are better Michoacanas, you can taste the natural and rich flavor the one on Villa Park!
Why they don't let use the bathroom? It is very ridiculous to visit the store and not let you use the bathroom.

This place is our to go to. They people here are super sweet and patient. The ONLY problem with this location is that they promote their closing times on the weekends to 10pm..which is a lie. They close by 925pm..someone should update the website bc I drove here ALL the way from north Chicago.

Came here on three separate occasions weeks and or months apart during the weekend at 9:30pm and they were closed before closing hours.
