Today 04/12 like around 10 I went to the drive through and the guy was asking “is that all” I wasn’t even done with my order when he said “pull up “ that when I told him the rest of my order and paid I went to the pick up at the window and they gave me my order I asked for a few ketchup’s and mayonnaise they just gave me 2 and asked for a few more the guy made a rude face and almost threw them honestly the employee shouldn’t have AirPods on when their working they never listen to customers

It's McDonald's. I'm sure the ingredients have changed, but the food is somewhat consistent. Make sure to cook the fries all the way through and fill a large with all that I paid for. It's not a medium. Thank you.

After an incredibly unpleasant experience at a local McDonald's branch due to extraordinarily rude employees, I strongly recommend that the company considers closing this particular location. The encounter was one of the worst I've ever had, and the consistently discourteous behavior of the staff tarnishes the brand's reputation and damages the customer experience.

Twice I ordered a double hamburger extra onions in the last couple months and twice the receipt and wrapper said xtra onions but none were on the burger. This time, they also put mayonnaise on the fish sandwiches instead of tartar sauce. I called the manager Dana, who told me they are not a gourmet restaurant and asked what do I expect when they have children working there. Apparently being able to read the order is only for gourmet restaurants??? Since she is obviously incapable of training and managing a team, she attributes everything to being a bottom of the barrel restaurant that uses children as labor so I should feel lucky there was food in the bag. Good luck if you buy food from them, because when you find a bag of hair in your fries, what do you expect, its not a gourmet restaurant.
