I just place an order it was 1hr 10min and still i had received my order so i call to check on my order the woman that order was so rude and kept telling me it was Friday it was Friday and hung up the phone i been trying to call back and my call just disconnects they just pick up and hung up terrible place avoid the head ache.

Multiple orders have been messed up. Tonight it said it was delivered and we did not receive our order. I checked our neighbors house to see if it was delivered ther by mistake. It wasn’t. I tried calling for for 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. We can’t even get our money back if we can’t talk to someone.

I love Pizza Hut and I continue to remain loyal to them. Unfortunately this Addison location is bad, food, service, atmosphere. It's very dirty inside and smells odd, the food is nowhere close to Pizza Hut quality and taste. I'm shocked that they are open.

The Addison store has gone under a renovation and it really worked. They hired a very nice manager she very friendly and welcoming. And of course the food was good.

Weak training program and leadership/management when it comes to holding themselves accountable when they walk away from their stations. Also don’t bother responding with the weak generic “we are sorry for this, this isn’t what we want for you” what kind of human resource sweep it under the rug response is that.

This place is sad. I ordered a L stuffed crust, medium pan and appetizer. The pizza was burnt, stale, barely any toppings. When I called the store the mgr said bring the pizza back, when I live so far! This was an absolute waste of my money, and theres no level of customer service. Seems like this is a franchise, since theyve copied and pasted all the responses here, and no resolution!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Save your time, money and energy. I ordered through the app and got a Large stuffed crust, medium pan and some appetizer. It was a waste of money! The large was burnt, smelled disgusting and when I called the mgr he was so rude and non-accommodating. The next day the store manager said to contact customer service, and said corporate will follow up. Im so pissed I spent all this money in a trashy restaurant.

order my pizza with a 2 liter pop to be delivered to my apartment and I did not receive my 2 liter that was purchased. I was told by the door dash driver that I would have to call the store to get it corrected. I received my order at 5:30 and have been calling for almost a 45 minutes and not received a call back. Plus the pizza was half cheese and pepperoni and only 2 slice only had just cheese.
