Nobody eat at this nasty place. Serving old re-heated food. Called and talked to someone and as usually nothing was done about it. Next time hire someone who doesn’t check a box and hire most qualified.

Order is always wrong! Was here three times this week and wrong every time! The manager never knows what to do! I wanted a refund and they said no they would remake the whole order! Second order was wrong as well! Finally after 45 minutes waiting I got a refund but no food! Go somewhere else! If you ask for a fish sandwich and the receipt says fish but you get a hamburger twice something is definitely wrong!

This Portillo's is the worst when you go through the drive-through please check your order they are constantly forgetting things and when you call back after driving 25 minutes away they could care less about it no I'm sorry no we apologize no customer service whatsoever don't go here save yourself frustration and go someplace else.
