Never felt the need to leave a review for a TB as lately my experience has been lackluster.I stumbled upon this location while working in Addison and ordered the Cantina Taco and a Chalupa and the food was perfect. Lately the Chalupa wrap has been dried out and this one was fluffy, freaking fried and delicious. The Cantina taco was a new item and it was super delicious.The ladies working there were hustling and it came through in the food. (visited day shift Saturday 3/30/24)This is the best Taco Bell I’ve visited in years and I’m seriously considering the 20 min drive next time I have a craving and I’m bringing the family.Ladies you deserve to be acknowledged for doing a great job.Adam(Fire Member)

Thanks to the app, my order has been correct alot more than in the past. They still need to watch out for the drink order as too many choices are very close in description.
This is the best Taco Bell to go to in the area. They actually honor their business hours and are open till 4:00 a.m.

Came in as soon as they opened. So it was a quick process, no one was at the front counter to greet me or take my order so ordered on the screen. No fire sauce in the bin so had to ask for some sauce. Could do better in service.

We ordered 3 crunchy tacos and a steak burrito and when we pulled up the lady working said "taco and burrito?" and we said yes cause that's what our order was? then she charges me $50 worth of food. Realizing the mistake we KINDLY told her that it was the wrong order and my bf even apologized, and the lady had the audacity to say "That's why I asked what ur order was" Like? first of all you barely specified what the order was and we weren't even upset by it but the attitude was not necessary! This taco bell messes up my orders a lot for simple orders such as crunchy tacos and burritos. I can understand messing things up but attitude is not necessary.
