I’m gonna be straight up with you, I work at McDonald’s. Quarter pounders are cooked fresh. You do have to wait on it. We do apologize. We have never took in someone’s debit card and left them in the drive-through without it. That was a lie. And also we are very short staffed so if you do have to wait for your food, we do apologize. Usually great service.Lately in the Albion ill McDonald's they'll ask me to pull up to spot 1. I'm the only one there, and they'll clear the whole line before bringing my order. Why does this happen?
