You’d better have something in the fridge at home! Terrible food with terrible service... Don't waste your hard earned money here.

This place used to be great when it first opened. I'm not sure what happened but it has went down hill gradually from food to service. The last time we ordered the food was not fresh and nor hot. Disappointing... and from the looks of existing review responses; full of attitude. Take your money elsewhere...

I was really excited to give this place a try, having enjoyed African food in the past. I placed my order online and received a phone call shortly thereafter that the beverage I ordered wasn't available. That's a bummer but understandable with pandemic supply chain issues, and this beverage comes from Africa so I get it. I just asked to not be charged for it. I get to the place and went in to the storefront, where the Grub Hub and other delivery stickers were in the window. No one was there, so I called out a few times, I waited five minutes, ended up having to call on the phone and was told to go to the "other door". The other door has no markings on it indicating it was an entry and was also locked. A girl sweeping up sauntered over and opened the door without saying anything to me, then when I said I was there to pick up the order, she handed me the bag without a word and went back to sweeping. Hm ok. A man was there working, I'm assuming he was the manager/owner, so I asked about the beverage. He seemed a little annoyed I was asking, so I decided to forsake the niceties and just head out. When I got home, I discovered they didn't give me all the food I ordered. That is annoying since it was a small order to begin with. The jollof rice with beef was not great. The rice was ok, but the beef was gamey tasting, which made me worried it wasn't fresh meat. To top this all off they charged me the full amount, for the beverages I didn't get and the food I didn't get. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I will not be going back to this place again.

Went to try recently; $32 for real prison slop... The quality, flavor, and service were very poor; ended up trashing everything! Steer clear from this place, never again!

The food was NOT good quality (dry meat\old rice) and was overpriced. There was also dirt on top of our soda cans... As we went to pay, the middle aged woman there decided that having a casual phone conversation was more important than taking care of her customers (RUDE!). It was overall a very bad experience and you'd be doing yourself a favor by taking your business and time elsewhere.

I asked the lady for a recommendation on a dish with vegetables and protein, she said everything comes with either rice or potatoes. I decided to try it anyway. I ordered the beef suya (if I remember the name correctly, which was 9.99 on the menu. This is what I got and I was charged 12.99 instead. The meet is so dry and hard, I'mhaving a hard time swallowing. When I asked her why I was charged more than the menu prices she said they upped the prices. But she had not told me that in advance of buying it. And also surprised there were no sides whatsoever. I also had left a 15% tip even though it was obviously a to-go order. Also, no air-conditioning inside. NEVER COMING BACK.

Not worth the price, rice was good , chicken & beef super hard and very dry & the only give you 1 piece of each the chicken and beef not enough for $20 & most of it was fat so basically I just paid $20 for rice. 1st and last time here

We came here to grab some fresh food, but there was no chef for the day!?! The person working was friendly and apologetic, but also seemed to be surprised that we were looking for something cooked. We noted that the selection in the market appeared to be diverse, with so many unique ingredients and items we had never seen before. Admittedly, we have not been exposed to this type of cuisine before, so take it with a grain of salt that there's a nice selection here. We love trying things new and were very let down that we didn't get the chance. I hope we'll find ourselves back here, but based on this experience, we're not sure when we'll make that attempt again. Wish there were more reviews for this business! Please share yours!

I had their jollof and fried rice (half n half) and enjoyed it. The restaurant had me coming back 3 days in a row. The Jollof rice is the best nigerian jollof I've had in US. The soups for the fufu was on point. Ordered the egusi vegetable and she even offered my friend a vegetarian and non - spicy option though we didn't order that.
