I was there with my kids -buy the smallest cup of vanilla ice cream only one scoop with tiny bit sprinkles and it cost me ~$9 ( which is way more then I pay) . I didn’t say anything but just want to ask who charge $1.98 for sprinklers/ scoop!!It’s over charged!! ?

Not your typical Baskin-Robbins... rip-off... Look at my picture. I ordered 3 scoops, and hot fudge. I got 3 baby scoops and a tiny squirt of hot fudge.. this guy doesn't know what he's doing. To be that greedy he must be the one buying the ice cream. He must be getting ripped off. A shake I saw the lady make, was much better and proper.. Every other Baskin Robbins I've gone to, loads it up and is notorious for giving massive scoops and lots of topping. Especially for $10... but not this one. His greediness has lost my business forever that's for sure. Yes, I take my ice cream and my money seriously.

The main benefit of this Baskin Robbins is it's location along Randall Road. Cost for two single scoops of ice cream with one waffle cone was $9. I did appreciate that they had a few non-dairy options, which were located on the right sided sections. The location itself is not as clean as you would hope for, and there was only one staff member working that we could see. It's a nice place for a treat, and since it's along Randall Road it is quite busy and may be hard to find parking.

Came to pick up a birthday cake for today when the store opened at 11. The hours online as well as on the door state this is the opening time. It is almost 11:15 and no one has opened the store. Disappointed as we were counting on picking up a cake for this afternoon.

I order several holiday cakes from this location. Customer service is excellent! The owners are helpful and very friendly. I was so surprised he remembered me from my other orders. He actually knew what holiday cakes I have ordered in the past. They will keep getting my business. The staff is so friendly and always greats you with a hello and smile when you walk in. I would give a 10 star if I could.

Extremely poor business strategy considering the location, much better options even if they provided good service. It’s just so disappointing, I guess I’ll take my business to cold stone!

Haven’t been to Baskin Robbins lately. Glad I stopped because it was better than most of the local ice cream spots I’ve had recently. Pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is very good .
