Everytime I go to this location, I keep asking myself why I keep coming back. The food is decent, not terrible but also not great. The service is what's lacking the most. The servers are not very attentive. This last visit, the server dropped off our food and never came back to check on us. There was only one other table, so it wasn't like they were busy.

Only issue I had burger and i wanted medium rare and they said only one temperature it was not allowed. It was over cooked for me i would not come back for a burger! If you pay for a burger you should be able to order the temperature you want!

Finally broke down to the extremely good advertising. But that's where it ended. The wings were over cooked/fried they were hard. They were definitely not Seasoned, the way they show on TV. They were drowning in sauce. Had to ask for extra napkins just to wipe it off that much. I don't understand when poor quality is what is become expected. Still looking for good food restaurant that has a large variety.

Wasn’t very busy. Service was slooooow.Food was brought out 1 plate at a time over the course of an hour. The family couldn’t even eat together.Wings were room temperature, tough, and not very much meat on the bone.Unfortunate experience. Used to be a fun place to go.

Stopped in at this location between running errands and sat at the bar. The person behind the bar took my order and then for the next 40 minutes zero communication and zero food. I walked out.

Sat there and waited 40 mins for 12 wings and a burger and the server brings out the wings cold could touch them that’s how cold they were and the size of the wings my thumb was bigger. And last but not least the whole place is being run by 16 year olds playing around in the kitchen so last time I’m going there lol ??
We did a carryout and ordered salt & vinegar wings with extra s&v, there was no seasoning on the wings at all & the extra seasoning wasn't included in the bag. Also ordered jerk wings and mild wings, no sauce. I called the store and no one answered. Then contacted customer service, never heard back from anyone.There was no one in the place, which should have been my first clue, other than loud kid employees.

Maybe I’m writing this review a little agitated, but this has probably been the worst food I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant ever. The service was ok, originally my order was mixed up and they tried their best to quickly rectify the situation by ordering me a new sandwich. Unfortunately I asked for no ranch on the original order, but that didn’t get communicated on the new sandwich. In the end I was still ok with the incorrect item. Then I took a bite of the chicken sandwich and the bread tasted like it was expired and inedible. I was very hungry, and even then I was not able to eat more than a quarter of the sandwich. Nothing got taken off, which I don’t expect, but the food should have not been that terrible. Definitely don’t recommend. Buffalo Wild Wings is not the same it used to be, and I don’t think it ever will after this experience.
