Food is great, love their chicken sandwiches. However when ordering through drive thru they have a habit of taking your form of payment and then telling you to park on the side till they can bring out your food so they can ring up the car behind you but the issue is that if you ordered one item and the family behind you ordered 5 meals you are now left having to wait for your one item while they finish the order for the car behind you so they don’t make a round trip bringing your one food item and by the time they do bring it it’s gotten a bit cold, especially the fries. It isn’t just a one bad experience either, it’s happened at least 3 times now every time I use drive thru.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! We ordered a beef sandwich with cheese and giardinera, buffalo chicken sandwich and a large fry with cheese! I odered in the app and arrived early for pickup. We went thru the drive thru and was told to park. We waited for 20 minutes and saw two sets of people come in and leave. I looked inside the restaurant and there was maybe 4 customers inside and about 5 employees standing in a group laughing and talking. I called and a girl answered and she would check on our food. We drove around to the drive, thru, AGAIN and the girl said she was sorry that she had to finish our order up. We started driving away and she offered a free dessert or drink but we were already pulling away and was awkward! We munched on the fries on our way home which were barely warm!! We got home to find out we received bread with cheese and giardinera, NO BEEF! I thought it was a joke!! How is this even possible? I called and spoke with Stella, a manager. She offered us to come back, which is 15 minutes away or credit the entire order on my account. I looked in the app this morning and am not seeing any type of credit! I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone!! It was my night off cooking and went to bed hungry!! EXTREMELY dissatisfied!! Also, the large fries was more the size of a small order of fries!

Wasn’t eating meat today so I got the pepper with egg sandwich it was really tasty and fresh. My friend got the fettuccine Alfredo which was really good also not too heavy with good flavor. Really good potato salad, potatoes were cut thin which made the potato salad more flavorful. Clean and nice staff.
I miss the Italian beef sandwich. I've lived out east for years and getting a beef sandwich was top on my list upon returning to the Chicago area.

as a vegan, the italian beefless sandwich was so much better than i was expecting it to be! the sandwich is packed with italian “beef”, and it is full of flavor! whatever seasoning they use for this seitan is spot on, and i was happy with how clear they are with what is vegan and not vegan. the menu is clear and it was also clear when the sandwiches came out. i appreciate that they have a few options on the menu that are actual meals that i can eat with everyone else who is eating ? service was great too!
