Love chick fila , this location was good when they opened, just got my usual spicy deluxe meal from drive thru and fries were close to getting cold and sandwich was salty, coke was very light, barely any coke taste. I wouldn’t have left this review but it happened quite a few times now. Money gone and now Im hungry and it 9pm so have to go taco bell. Staff is always super nice though. Hate to post this , hope someone will read and try to address this. Dont feel like spending my hard earned money on chick fila anymore.

I’m a die hard Chick Fil A fan and have never had to complain about their service or their food. Recently, we visited this location and ordered breakfast through the drive through. We were on our way for an appointment so we didn’t have time to take their rock hard biscuit back to them. When I told them about it, nothing. They didn’t apologize. They didn’t offer to replace it. The girl that was working the morning of Saturday, January 27th with dark hair let Chick fil a’s legendary customer service fail. An apology would have gone a long way. We only mentioned it to be sure we didn’t get another ancient and stale biscuit. I’ll continue to be a chick fil a fan but thankfully not at this location.
