I saw a BOGO deal online for blizzards if you ordered using the app but couldn't figured out how to get the deal. I went to dairy queen in Algonquin off main Street and the girl working the register helped me figure it out. She was so warm and welcoming and friendly and really made the experience great!

Where do I start with the service. Firstly, why are they not using gloves when handling ice-cream cones? In the flu season and epidemic this is not acceptable! Another service update, I arrive at around 9:50 pm, 10 minutes to closing time, The sign says open, the employees are inside, I knocked on the window, they look at me and just keep mopping. where is customer service? i’m OK with them telling me they’re near closing time and not serving anymore but just to disregard a customer like that is disrespectful. Their ice cream is good but I wish they had more education for their staff on customer service. needless to say, never coming to this branch again. Management at Dairy Queen has been very poor this year.

I ordered the snickerdoodle blizzard. The guy at the window did hold it upside down to prove how thick it was. It was great till I got about halfway through it and then I found only vanilla ice cream. The first half was great but I was disappointed in the second

We stopped in for just a small treat. Hubby got a small twinkle cone.. I got a small butterscotch Sunday with whipped cream and nuts. Love the drive thru.. we've always like dairy queen..

I have always loved this dairy Queen, but tonight I came here and felt so unwelcomed by the employees. It was a group of teenage girls that looked like they wanted nothing to do with working there. Those types of situations are always disappointing

Went to this DQ. Wasn't busy i was 1st in line. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered med vanilla cone and med twist cone. Received a small vanilla and a small twist that was 80% chocolate. Very disappointing. Won't go back.
A must to get our ice cream fix. We had the banana split, oh so good.

The past 3 times I've gone to this location, I've had absolutely terrible service and my peanut buster parfait was sloppily made with very little hot fudge. As you can see in the picture they completely skipped the middle layer of hot fudge, and the top and bottom layers didn't even go all the way around. I wanted to assume that they were just busy the first time I received a poorly made peanut buster parfait and planned to give the benefit of the doubt. But today I was the only customer and got one of the worst parfaits of the three awful experiences. Kind of ridiculous.
