I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour to get my drink!! How to take my kids to school and then end up being late because of Dunkin!! this Dunkin’ Donuts should never be understaffed. Why is there only one person working early in the morning when there should be at least two or three people working especially since the Dunkin’ Donuts is next to a gas station there’s gonna be a lot of people coming in and out. if I could do no stars, I would because this happens all the time. And high school students and people who work and they’re not even working a shift coming in and just taking his stuff, while the person who is working, is sitting here, struggling with all these people. This is not professional, and this is not how everything works.

Waited 15 min in the drive thru to be told they were out of what I ordered. ?!? Why wasn’t I told this before I paid and waited 15 minutes?!? Will never be back! Seems like all DD are having issues. Everyone I go to is out of items or the service is lacking BIG time!

Joy is such a joy to see when I come into that specific Dunkin on Randall Rd inside the Bp gas station. Very easy and also has a drive-through, too!! How nice and convenient too!! Thanks, everyone!! ??
