Terrible service. I was picking up my order and had to ask TWICE to the cashier about the status of my order bcz the first time I did she checked but didn’t had the time to tell me anything because she was too busy texting. I was there for about 15 minutes and at the end I asked the other lady who was packing the orders and she just gave it to me from the stand. I mean? How’s that possible? It was already ready but because of the distraction of the cashier (who was texting, backwards and chatting with their colleagues) I lost 15 minutes of my time waiting for absolutely nothing. Unbelievable.

I never write reviews like this but I was so excited to try this place and I will never bother coming here again. Paid extra for steak tacos with no steak. They were honestly embarrassing. Very sloppy and they were falling apart. Only ate them because we spent $40 on them. I should’ve just brought them back but I had to leave for work soon and it just wasn’t worth going back. I’ll stick to our place across the street.

Food is great but they have absolutely no clue how to read an order I keep giving them business because the tacos are good but I keep getting screwed when I ask for no cilantro...it's happened about 5 times.. I know I know I should've learned by now but I think they should have too? If your cooks can't read or your quality doesn't check what's the point of altering anything this will most likely be my last time ordering from them maybe I should contact the owner of firebar apparently they have the same owner maybe they will be able to do something

We ordered burritos and chicken quesadillas. Everything was fantastic and the portions were very generous. I do wish they offered chicken fajita meat for the burritos, though. Enjoyed and will order again!

Very disappointed, my significant other went to pick up our order under my name. Mind you my order was already payed for. They told him he had to pay why not just provide good customer service and tell him where the order is instead of making him look stupid.and laughing and talking In Spanish. Because he’s not Hispanic why treat him otherwise? First time going there and y’all could have pointed out where the pick up orders are. 6 of of the workers just standing around talking. Cause if y’all was authentic y’all would have provided good customer service.

We had been coming here for years. Food quality has diminished and prices are fairly high. Meat seems overcooked and dry. I would recommend trying Fastacos in Huntley, larger food portions, more meat and prices seem better.
I've order from here many times before but lately to food has been terrible. I order a burrito and it's ben dry and the steak is hard or just seem it's old. This will be my last time eating here. I can't and will not recommend this place to

2nd time ordering. Got nachos. Probably got like 10 chips to the entire order. The rest had to be forked. I'm wholly disappointed. Won't be ordering again as it seems this place has dropped off a cliff as far as quality and service goes.
