Are they serious with the veggie sandwiches?! I know I wanted to eat light but not a bread roll of nothing but air. When I saw the guy wrapping my sandwich I asked if he was done making it bc there was nothing on it. He said yes. I was shocked and asked if he can add more to it-he tossed a few strands of lettuce. His buddy said that was it. I was beside myself but had already paid and had my two grandkids waiting on me so I left. I’ll never come back to this place

Great service great food. Delicious sandwiches. The gentleman taking the order was very professional and imo deserves a raise. Went in for 2 sandwiches for takeout was fast professional and tasted great.

I get places are busy, but it shouldn’t Take an hour and 20 minutes to get delivery. I called and they apologized. Also their tracking needs to be better. It showed for 45 minutes my order was complete. That just means driver has it. Love Jimmy John’s but this isn’t freaky fast.

This manager is working his butt off! I came in for lunch and saw a sign for a new potato salad and asked if he knew whether it was gluten free. He said he wasn’t sure, and I told him not to worry about it since I know they’re freaky fast and I didn’t want to slow them down. I placed my order and then he pulled out the container so I could look at the ingredients and determine if I could eat it (I could). Then he asked what I look for in the ingredients so he could answer the question for customers about other products in the future (yes, GF ally! ?). So I get my food and sit down and a few minutes later, he brings me a side of the potato salad to try! And it was delicious! He checked with me on the way out to see if I tried and liked it. This JJs felt much more like a small town place where the people really wanted you to come back than a chain. Really brightened my day! ?Dietary restrictions: They helped me figure out what was GF and what wasn’t, kindly and patiently.

Not as freaky fast as i had hoped, but reasonably quick.(one time, my sandwich was already ready while my card was being processed!). Still good though!

Worst sandwich I ever had.I wanted to try something new, so I decided to try the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. Pesto is one of my favorite things in this world, and the image also looked wonderful. So I place my order around 7:30 pm. And I wait for my sandwich. 30 minutes passes, no sandwich. 1 hour passes, no sandwich. It took them a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver my sandwich, and I live less than 8 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous.So by this point, I am starving. Eagerly awaiting to try this new sandwich.I open it up. It looks subpar. I take a bite, and it is awful. The dried tomatoes on the bottom of the sandwich have the texture of leather. I have had many dried tomatoes in my time, and none were this tough. It was an awful experience chewing on those. The sandwich was also COATED in vinaigrette. And this vinaigrette barely tasted vinegary at all. It was way too sweet.But worst of all, I could not detect ANY PESTO AT ALL!!! It made me extremely suspicious, so I opened up the sandwich. And it turns out that THEY FORGOT THE PESTO!!!!! It is literally in the name of the sandwich. Caprese Salami PESTO sandwich. How could they have forgotten such a vital experience.To say I am upset at this experience is an understatement. I have never thrown something so hard into the trash. This was an absolutely abysmal experience. Photos are attached of the inside of this sandwich so you can see for yourself how unappetizing and horrid it looks.

"WE'RE NOT FREAKY FAST," admits Lauren, one of the managers, despite that being the JJ tagline forever and still saying it on the app. My order was not out for delivery after 30 minutes - Jonathan said it would be another 10-15 for the driver to get back, and shot me attitude so I hung up on him. I called back a few minutes later since my fountain soda would have been waiting at least 45 minutes - Lauren was pleasant enough, apologized about Jonathan, offered to remake sandwiches but I said that wasn't necessary, and that I could come pick up the order (I would have chosen pickup if I wanted that option). I get it - short-staffed, app should give estimates but that's not in the store's control, I'm trying to be reasonable after not ordering for 13 months when I thought the problems may be resolved. Apparently not - Lauren asked me to hold (why, when I said just redo the soda?) ... she said she spoke to the GM and he advised I don't order from them since they can't satisfy me! So I held on the line, after calling in twice to be reasonable, only to have my business turned away? I told them to refund the order - the staff just does not care and is enabled to behave like children, including the GM. One of their "managers" should be out delivering instead of asking customers to effectively throw food in the trash. I should mention they probably referred to their notes of my prior complaints - they still owe me a lunch I hadn't bother to cash in on since I dread calling them that much. Oh well ... must be nice to have so much business to turn away?

They charge $8 for veggie sandwich and can’t even put proper amount of avocado spread or vegetables. There are barely 4 vegetables and u can’t even put sufficient amount for $8. Shame on you. Seems like they add avocado spread then wiped it down with just so they can say they added avocado

Training needed on taking orders from customers. Can't get two sandwiches correctly ordered!No receipts given when making a purchase, you get them afterwards when the order is finished. A little to late to find out your order was input in system wrong!

Ordered a #9 Italian sub... If you like a dry sandwich, no cheese and 97% lettuce. No thanks! Very disappointed!
