I came in on a Monday afternoon, kind of a rush hour but food came to me quickly hot and delicious. Workers had there shirts tucked in which in my opinion was kind of gay but professional. When I was ordering the food there was this kind white male with black hair and was really respectful. But I went in the men’s bathroom and found a used condom which was disgusting, wouldn’t recommend using the bathroom.
Very dirty, watched 2 male employees eat food with no gloves, then make my food? Eww. Their pants are sagging and look like drug addicts. Great way to represent the company and your own future!

I was very disappointed in my food today, I got the 2x chicken sandwich combos and the quality was horrible. Not only was it cold but stale as well. I love their food but todays meal was embarrassing. Please reach back to me for further questions.
Beat the evening rush today! The chicken breading stands alone without needing "spicy". The chicken at KFC also doesn't have the gooiness and slime between the breading and meat like other places. Good service, had to ask for the 2 fries they forgot, and both meals should've had mashed potatoes, but one magically had Mac n cheese...oh well, didn't complain cause the kid likes those too.

It's very unfortunate that you input an online order being ready then proceed to tell me that it will be 20 more minutes. I assume an employee had to update the order as ready. Not a fan. I understand busy evenings but I would rather know my food is going to be a little late per the app instead of driving to sit in my car for 20 minutes.I'll edit this to include that our order was a famous bowl and 3 piece chicken combo. Not a large order.

Literally the worst kfc Ive ever had these guys just reheat chicken they havent sold and will take pieces of soggy old chicken reheat it then sell it at full price which tells me the staff are lazy and just dont wanna bother with a new batch yet for some reason they took a job at a kfc not wanting to fry chicken.
