This gym is just ok. For the steep price being paid, and the continual price increases, I would expect more cleanliness and an updated look & feel.

I have been a member of Lifetime for over 10 years, and I don't even have the right words on how to describe their services. For the past few years their customer service has disappear. On September 16th I made plans to go climbing with my son during their open-climbing hours, just to find out that the wall was closed, I spoke with one of their managers and explain to her that I'm paying for this, so that we can use it. She assured me that someone will call me to have this resolved. No one has contacted me. They get their payment, but they don't care if we get what we paid for. This issue has happened before and it happened again on November 4th, same manager, same story, someone will call you, BUT THEY DID'T. This is my first time writing a bad review, I feel being robed by them charging me and not giving me what I paid for.

We love life time. The atmosphere is very friendly. The place is very clean. There’s enough equipment and things to do so, you don’t have to wait for anything to do. The pools are great.

Google lifetime fitness cancelation policy before you buy. Also pay attn to the company line they business manager says to every reply. They will not address any complaint you have. Customer service is at the bottom end of their concerns.

Only place you can spend $100+ a month for them to let the water fountain drip on the outlet below in the main gym area for over a year straight and never fix it.

While some of the staff is incredibly kind (the rest will ignore you), the rates keep going up and the hours keep getting cut. I joined the gym years ago was paying 70ish now over $100 a month. On weekends when we have more time to play they just shortened the hours yet again. Prices going up while services being cut. They don't tell you either when they increase prices. Evening staff at the door is awesome. If the hours were 24 hours again I wouldn't mind paying but it isn't worth it right now for me.

From the moment I walked into Lifetime, I was greeted by a friendly staff who said hi there how can I help you. Two of my favorite things are the fitness floor and the pool. On days when I don’t lift, I go and workout in the pool. Nate and Victor are amazing trainers. My first session was with Nate and from there based on my needs he matched me up with Victor. Both of them no how and when to push me. My first session Victor had no fear about handing me the heavier weights and pushing me hard off the bat. I love having a trainer who holds me accountable and willing to help me achieve my goals.
All and all positive experiences. People are nice and helpful. Only negative is ask about rules for outside pool and you get a different answer every time. Truthfully though most of the time they land on fairness. With all that's going on in the world I feel fortunate to have a place like this nearby. Ed Lee, Don, Liz, Marcus and many others very nice. Hard to keep everyone happy.

So far all the employees are so nice!!! Defiantly an upgrade from our last gym. I’m excited to be back here and my little guy loves the swim classes here! So much to offer here… and even the outdoor cafe is great for the pool. Ha the only down fall is the food is so good ? so be prepared to want to eat it everyday LOL ? 5 stars for lifetime

Pam is a great instructor for the Arora Aqua class! It is upbeat and fun! Everyone is friendly and I feel free to participate at my own pace.
