Absolutely horrible. This is the only McDonald's where you get sent to a waiting spot evey time you come here and not just me everyoneonly ordered a Mocha frappe and I was sent to curbside pickup for 15min. Then had to go in and get it myself

Very clean play place and bathroom. The toilet paper ran out while we were there, and it was replaced within a few minutes (I let the staff know it just ran out). Food was consistent with expectations, and everyone was friendly.

Employee refused to give me correct order because I was given “more than I oredered” and charged for less. It’s not that hard to fix an order. Walked away from situation without correct order.

If I could give 0 I would. Terrible. How can you mess up that bad. I pulled up they asked if I would be using the app I said no then they were silent after that I figured maybe they were busy. Nope! They went and took the next persons order ignoring me so I pulled up to the window then they asked to pay for the wrong order than what I had said and I said I didn’t even finish ordering because you ignored me and I asked again for what I want and then pull up to the next window and try to give me the wrong thing again!!!! Seriously how do you mess up fast food I used to work at a Wendy’s it’s not that hard at all!

Ordered a 20 piece with a large fry, didnt bother to check after i received my order from the drive through since i just got off work and wanted to get home. Got home and turned out i never got my fries even when i paid for them. But they made sure to give me plenty of sauce ?
Water slides were mild, but the archery range was state of the art.

The lady at the window giving me my food basically threw it at me, with a "have a nice day".I get to work to eat my bacon egg bagle. There is one piece of bacon ☹️ the incompetent employees are ridiculous. Im always disappointed. I was here several months ago. Very similar situation.
