I was reminded why I only eat here on rare occasions as the food was barely warm and rather bland in taste. I had fried rice, string bean chicken and teriyaki chicken. They need to do a better job of having hot food. Otherwise, you are much better off going to a real Chinese restaurant and wait a few minutes for the food to be prepared and served hot.

Emily was the lady who took my order when I came to the restaurant at 8:10PM. Was super nice when greeting me with a smile on her face. Was extremely thorough when proceeding with my order and asking if would like any egg rolls or drinks with my order; I politely declined. I do appreciate when companies have a very thoughtful staff like Emily. The only criticism I had on the visit was when I came in one of the worker who was at the noodles and rice station beside her didn’t even acknowledge my existence and kinda ran away leaving her to be the rockstar.

Burnt noodles, burnt orange chicken, ask for rice instead and they were also cooked poorly. The food was burnt on the outside but under cooked inside. Saw the guy cooking walking around with an attitude slamming stuff and cleaning the burnt noodles that were stuck everywhere. It’s fine to make mistakes but wrong to act like that and then still serve the bad food and then act like I’m crazy for asking for it to be replaced and then my money back when it was still no good.

It 8:20 p.m I went to in to order food you guys close at 9 but I was told what ever is out is all I can get you can't make more food 40 min till you close I get it it was maybe like 20 min or 10 to close but 40 min before you guys close and I was not the only one who walked out 2 other Customers did as well....

I rarely get breaks off so I normally door dash panda express. Tell me why every single time there's always no sauce for the teriyaki chicken? I didn't pay just for grilled chicken and I would love to add something on top even soy sauce. The panda express in crystal lake doesn't do this and Huntley doesn't either. Every single time I think it's gonna be a different experience here and it just isn't. The portions are pretty bad too. I don't even get chicken filling the small boxes or rice. I don't blame the drivers because they're not affiliated or are responsible. This panda express just literally is inadequate and very mid. I bought my coworker and I both plates with teriyaki chicken and us crab ragoons. No soy sauce, no sweet and sour, and obviously no teriyaki or I wouldn't be writing this review after 2 years of the same consistency. I always give the benefit of the doubt and obviously it's not a big big deal. However, experiencing the same thing over and over again and not being able to leave work in the moment makes everything difficult. I just wish for once I had a correct order at this location. I won't be ordering doordash at work for here and I won't be visiting again. :/

Very friendly service and the food was freshly made and tasty. Had orange chicken and Peking beef and both the dishes were tasty. Cannot say the same of noodles which was dry with high chunks of crunchy cabbage.

The staff was nice but we got there within an hour of closing so my kids opted out of eating there. I couldn't get my normal and tried the steak and I was not a fan. The woman who helped me was very apologetic.

I guess the only reason I gave it 3 stars for the food was because it was fresh and hot due to me having to wait over 15 minutes for what I had wanted and they didn't have enough so had to wait for them to make some more but they were like out of alot of stuff. They were trying to get it all made so it is what it is. I won't be going back to this Location at all
