Service was horrible messed up my order not once but twice & the manger still was rude saying I could ring you up after ringing me up twice & plus said would give me a discount for the mistake but never came by instead was yelling at the cashier to repeat the order . So overall 1st time there & will NEVER return just due to the bad vibe & service from the ppl who manger & prep the food

Nice place to work from as an alternative to Starbuck's.Update: Bathroom is now always dirty and pretty gross. Rest of restaurant needs to be cleaned, top to bottom. It's expensive, but spend a night with a full crew and get it done.Cinammon roll was hard and dry.

My son was really wanting a flatbread. We pull up to the Panera and they no longer have flat breads. But it's on their online menu and drive thru menu! We are regular Panera customers and very disappointed!

Today I went to buy broccoli soup and I was almost finishing my soup and I found a wormI went to the manager on duty and he just said maybe that's what I'm thinking and he just said what do you want to do???? I want to make you go vote all the soup you already have made and clean your establishment. This is disgusting that a person goes to a place to pay for their food and when almost finished they find that in their food...customer lost forever

Messed up order and was made to wait 15 minutes plus since they then forgot I was waiting. People at window were rude. Some guy who called himself the manager. Needs customer serve training. Person on phone and staff who brought my order to car when I called that they had forgot me were nice though. Very apologetic.
