The people here are very nice. That’s not the issue. The issue is I’ve gone here three times and all three times they’ve royally screwed up each order. Give two pieces in three piece meals. Don’t add biscuits to combos. Forget sides. At this point it seems intentional.

I went thru the drive thru, I asked for a thigh and leg 2 pc combo. Got to the window and I still verified that she had me down for a thigh n leg and she said Yes! got home and they gave me chicken breast and leg. I hate chicken breast. Thanks for ruining my dinner!

There are no chicken nuggets and barbecue combo better than Popeyes in the fast food world. This would be a five star review if they would bring back their old recipe for their biscuits, which are still pretty amazing.

Friendliest Popeyes I have ever been to!!! Yes, they had a mishap, but they definitely took care of it in a very friendly and personal way. Definitely going back, but checking my order before I take off, lol. It is also very clean! Friendly staff and clean place, I think the pros outweighs the cons. Keep up your great customer service! It is what keeps customers coming back.

Did not fulfill my order at the drive thru. Of course shame on me for not noticing that I did not have my drink until I arrived at my hotel, but when I called to see if they could some how credit my card based on my receipt, no "we are sorry", nothing but "no, you wanna come back and get it?" Not very friendly service or empathetic to their screw up.

They will put incomplete order in the bag. You need to check the bag in order to avoid surprises. Ordered an extra side that I did not received. At home I realized the missing items. Sad!

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had at a Popeyes!! The manager was on point in this place! And the restaurant was clean and looked good and the food was really good and fresh!!

We door dashed an order of 12 piece family meal. It consisted of mostly wings which there was then not enough for my family to be full. The response I received was “we can’t control what corporate says” sorry you filling a family 12 pcs family meal box has nothing to do with corporate but the staff not knowing what they are doing.

If you can get your food and they get the order correct you'll be good. However, the service is going to be terrible, the people very rude, and it's going to be 50/50 if your order is right. I know this place recently opened so I am trying to be patient but I've eaten there about half a dozen times and it's getting worse, not better.
