We had reservations for the boat. Once seated, the wait was at least 15 minutes before we saw a waitress. Maybe they were short on servers although that wasnt communicated. The oysters were not good, gritty and cold. Prime rib not served medium rare as ordered. We were asked if we wanted bread and then she never came back with it. We should have sent our food back although we anticipated waiting again. Very slow service, our checks were incorrect, another long wait to get this corrected. We went for two birthday celebrations and we're very disappointed.

Such a cute place to have a meal! There's an indoor koi pond with a small boat to make it look like you're on the water near a dock. Some of the seats overlook this area to give it an outdoor feel. Service was very friendly, food was good, and prices were reasonable. It is recommended that you call for a reservation. Complimentary sour dough bread was delicious with the crab dip. House cabernet $7 - Aok. Calamari $14.50 - Crunchy and tasty, biggest portion I've had in a while at a restaurant. Seared sesame tuna $16.50 - Great starter, came with 3 pieces of tuna. Mussels $17 Swordfish $30 Gift of the Ocean Pasta $34 - Creamy sauce with assorted seafood including scallops, clams, mussels, shrimp and squid. .|---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2024

We visited Port Edwards on Friday night about 5:30. We did make reservations since it was the first Friday of the month and therefore "Buffet Night"! We were seated pretty quickly, our server was attentive all night. The buffet was very well stocked with many different seafood items as well as other meats & salads. There were a couple other stations for meat, Lobster dish & even desserts. Overall we enjoyed the buffet & it was quite pricey but considering the items offered it was worth it. I would recommend Port Edwards. Oh, I believe there are a couple special areas for reservations; lighthouse & boat.. I didn't know about these so looking forward to maybe reserving these for a special occasion.

Sorry Not impressed at all. I brought my daughter in for dinner before a daddy daughter dance. Time was 4pm on a Saturday. We sat in the bar area, not given a kids menu. Had to ask what the specials were. My Scallops where over cooked, or they use frozen scallops. My Daughters burger tasted like fish. Service was sub-par. I would rather spend that amount of money at a place like Montarra Grill, where I know service and food are high quality.

Fantastic place. Excellent Food ( had king crab legs) Service was Great. The place is worth seeing too. So a must place to go to!Kid-friendliness: My three grand daughters loved it. Enjoyed feeding the fish, loved their king crab legs and the boat inside in a pond was amazing to them. A must for any and all .

I was very excited to take my partner to Port Edwards for the surf and turf buffet for Valentine's Day, and we were both thoroughly let down. The few seafood dishes they had were overcooked and the made to order steak was unseasoned. Unfortunately, our favorite things to eat the evening were strawberries from the fruit bar and carrot cake. They definitely purchased from Jewel. Save your money and go to a different restaurant where the food quality is of the highest standard.
