Whenever we visit the area my husband likes to visit the Rainbow Pancake House and Restaurant for their corned beef Benedict. The portion is sizable, the hash flavorful and the eggs poached perfectly. I had scrambled eggs, sausage links and fresh fruit, everything was delicious. Great stop for breakfast always!
It's been over seven years since my second review of Rainbow Restaurant so I thought I would add a little update as my "littles" are teens now and we recently went back for breakfast. We went on a Sunday morning and when I say I had been looking forward to going all week... well, that would be an understatement. I absolutely love this place. Haven't had anything bad on the menu. The server is always friendly and personable. There's only a few of them. Even the cooks wave at us when we come in. It's such a great place.
