Overall it was rlly good. Except when I tried to get refills of lemonade. (I had three cups bc my friends wanted the lemonade refill). The worker declined my request. My friends where disappointed so I went up with one cup and he filled it up. I spit it in 3 amongst my friends. I ask the worker why he didn’t fill up the cups? He said, “I would of had to fill the lemonade tank up.” The lemonade tank was low, but it is the workers job to fill it up. Pure laziness. (Meanwhile this is the 2nd refill, not like a crazy 5th refill.) when we left ONE of me friends asked him if he can get a refill for the ride home. Again, the worker declined the request and ran off. Pure laziness. Everything else was fine. But we did not get nice and respectful service.

Food was good, unfortunately waiting in line a worker dropped a whole tray of trash from someone else. Don't really enjoy being covered in Cane Sauce. Worst part was the worker apologized to the people who's tray she dropped but not the person who she dropped it on. Definitely going to another location.

Service !!!…. I wouldn’t them a star. It is sad to see that a bunch of teens run the place., don’t get me wrong, I don’t have anything wrong with kids trying to make a living… but when they mess with my kid and treat her like crap because they mess up.! Giving her three Cane sauce and no fries… and when she went back to get what she actually ordered they treated her so disrespectful and refused to let her order something else besides the fries… just because they confused her with someone else!… ABSOLUTELY unprofessional, Rude and disrespectful…

Me and my 4 friends came here today (3.3.24) and were delighted. Staff was super helpful and kind. Great food;didn't have to pay much.
Today 2.27.24 was the 1st time we tried Raising Cane in Algonquin. My daugther keeps bugging me about trying it. Never had it before. All she wanted was chicken tender so i ordered 5 piece of tender only. Everything was fine up to when i asked for an extra sauce. They were hessitant to give it to me and i assumed the employee was talking to a manager and he told me i would have to pay extra. I said i order 5 tenders and you only gave me 1 small sauce (half of solo cup). His answer was "you only ordered tenders only". I HATE when companies nickel & dime you and i will NEVER buy or support their business again.! I hope it was worth you saving 5 cents if that.

Lazy service. Been to locations that never had a problem but this new location isnt that great. First off, the order took about 8 minutes just from the drive through. Most of the employees were just standing around chit chatting by the window. A caniac combo comes with a drink and the girl at the window said i didnt have a drink. I had to remind her twice i did have a drink. Whats the point of asking me if i want ketchup if you wont even give it to me? Overall the food is fine but service needs some work as there is a noticeable difference between other locations.
