If you want burgers, Culver’s is just up the road.I doubt it’s understaffed because me and my boyfriend waited more than 30 minutes until we decided to leave. Forgot the name of the host at the front, I believe it was Aja. Sweet lady but maybe she forgot to tell the server that we were there?? No one came up to us to let us know that they were serving us tonight. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt so we waited but waited TOO long for someone to not even come. It wasn’t even packed. Funny thing is, when we decided to leave, not sure if it was the manger or not but for some reason majority of the ladies who were working (including I’m assuming the manager at the time) they were all sitting in a booth. We had to pass through to get to the exit and a lady tried to stop us and asked us what was wrong. You know what was wrong?? Someone did NOT come by our table for some reason you ladies have the TIME to sit all together at a booth and now you want to help? Horrendous establishment. Who ever was the shift manager on Saturday night 3/16/24 that might have blonde hair, please fire them because they aren’t doing their job and think it’s cool to sit around. I was willing on waiting to get an expensive burger but like I said, but I waited so long that I was STARVING. You’re probably wondering why didn’t I just ask someone to come? It’s a dine in establishment. Do BETTER. Culver’s is up the road. Don’t waste your money and time at this place.

The burgers and bottomless fries are good but the restaurant is so understaffed. The crew was great but there were just not enough people to run a full restaurant. Red Robin needs to hire more staff and pay them better. Typical aging chain restaurant.

Our server, Dave, was an AMAZING, above and beyond attentive, and extremely nice!! He was on top of everything before we could ask, was always keeping an eye out without being lingering. One of the best servers, no, THE BEST server I’ve had in YEARS!! Such a refreshing experience to have such wonderful service, in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that was actually very clean!! Thanks to Dave for making our dinner that much more enjoyable and making me a custom “NEAPOLITAN” shake!!!

This is another chain that cares more about the money than anything else. The quality of the burgers used to be good but that was years ago, I took my wife to dinner this evening and this is what she picked and the food was terrible. My wife took a bite of her burger and that was all she had asked for medium rare, they burnt it to a crisp alongside the burger I ordered. The waitress didn’t offer to take the burger when my wife brought it to her attention nor did she let us speak to a mgr. none of that the waitress just said oh sorry and charged me for it anyway. Along with everything prices go up these days but that doesn’t mean the quality needs to suffer. next time I want a burger? I’ll go to the assembly in Dundee at least they can get the order correct!

The manager is not friendly at all… and my birthday was only 2 weeks ago and they wouldn’t even honor me a free burger then says “ excuse me” ew lol that’s terrible service .. she got pissy that I even asked. So disappointed used to come here for my birthday but moving forward no thank you.
