We were seated instantly. Food was very quick, and pretty good! Nothing particularly special, but good amounts for the price. I ordered tea and they gave me a mug, a pitcher of hot water, and a nice selection of tea bags. Be aware: there is a 3% charge on credit/debit cards, and they do not accept checks.

Been here 6 times now. I haven't had a bad meal yet!! The atmosphere is fresh, calm, and relaxing.The quality of the food is incredible for this type of restaurant, and the price!I've had the breakfast enchiladas, pancakes, a burger, cob salad, and the turkey BLT twice!!The soup was delicious too. I'm not a huge fan of hashbrowns but they came with one of my meals... and they are the best I've ever had to the point I would order them again.One visit the waitress forgot to bring my soup... we both forgot about it until the bill came. They made good on it with excellent customer service, took the soup off the bill, and gave me one to go at no charge. Last visit I got the cob salad... it was huge, beautiful, and packed with all the "goodies" it's supposed to have. I love that they do a rewards punch card program... nice little perk to feel like a valued customer. I hope they have dinner hours eventually. It would be great to have another dinner option that's has diner style food.This is definitely my new first choice for breakfast and lunch in the area. I even took a friend from out of town here and she said next time she's in town we have to come back for lunch.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is the best in town. Many options and great value for the price.

I was excited to see yet another new breakfast place in Algonquin! Even more excited with all the menu options! Unfortunately, our experience was very mediocre. The service was average. The food was average. Pricing ... ehh .. a little pricey for the quality of food you get. There's a couple other breakfast places in the area that are better. Not bad but not great.

First time here since Yolks moved in. They remodeled very nicely. Very Clean. Friendly Service. Pancakes were fluffy and hash browns and sausage were not greasy. I opted for Allison’s French Toast and it was delicious. Not overly sweet. Can’t wait to come back and try other breakfast options and for some items on the lunch menu.

So glad the place is open. I went here when it was under previous owners. I returned when I heard it reopened. The service was great and the food is very tasty. We've only been for breakfast so far and the pancakes are amazing, very fluffy and huge in size. My husband really enjoy his corned beef skillet and Berry Smoothie. We definitely will be back. Love the food & service

Best diner in all of Algonquin you better check this place out it has the best diner atmosphere the service is impeccable and don’t even get me started on the food. everything in this diner is kind more on the expensive side but it is well worth a drive to get here . not to mention when i came here they gave me a free smoothieParking: There is a row of parking so you should have no problem parking unless other buissnes are busyKid-friendliness: there is a kids meal and a whole kids section of food
