Pleasantly surprised by how great their steak burger taste! My daughter had the burger, I had the ranch chicken sandwich. I don't like that they use 2 small tenders and the sauce that is supposed to bring it all together was on such a small portion of my sandwich, that I didn't taste it until the last bite. This sandwich was just messy. To make it better, they should replace the tenders with a solid patty and evenly distribute the ranch dressing throughout. Those changes would make this meal soar.

This young man was working today and I guess he woke up on the wrong side of the bed he has pig tail looking braids and his bottom lip was pretty big I'm not trying to talk about anyone I just want him to be identified by his supervisor I love coming there been a fan for years never had a problem before but his customer service was really bad he's young and has his whole life ahead of him but someone needs to teach him professionalism quickly talking to customers with an attitude is not good

I can't speak for the entire MenuMe and my fiance wanted to try the new fish sandwiches 2 for 6 nice deal by the way and they have a crispy and spicey I got the two spicey and she had one of each. Mike drop on the Fish Sandwich they are right now my favorite better than the golden arches filet and the King.Go get them oh yeah try the loaded curly fries yes .

Was stuck here for the winter storm. Ate here 3 times during my 3 days parked food was always got fresh and delicious. Service was always good as well.

Nice gas station. They are clean and you can use a ebt card on allot of things. The only place i would not go to is Arby's one day a went they gabe me and the family some none cooked food. And the customer service was bad. This was before covd 19. And i still ant went to them

I would have gave it five star, chicken sandwich was good but that pop was flat as my auntie butt and I don't even drink pop on a regular. I needed it to burp but that didn't happen but over all the food was good. So nothing bad about the staff just the beverage
Some advice for the management and line workers, put your cellphones away while in the clock! Their on the line and texting and whatever else and then go straight to making the food without washing or sanitizing after on their phones. Thank you for spreading extra germs and bacteria in food! I mentioned it in there in person weeks ago and they responded like it is not a big deal. I don't think anyone in their goes thru servsafe or is educated on cross contamination or anything else that had to do with serving or preparing food. Or they just don't care

It literally seemed like EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE working today at Arby's did not want to be at work nor did they want to DO ANY WORK. I will not be returning to this particular Arby's
