While the crew that work here are very friendly and nice, the register is always out of order. 3 out of 5 times I come here I cannot place an order because the equipment doesn't work properly. There is always some sort of issue. I do love the food when I am able to get it. It is always hot and fresh.

My daughter loves checkers fries . We always used to come here because it never had long lines and it’s close to home . One night we came because my daughter wanted some fries , The guy took a while to answer the headset , once he did he said he couldn’t help us at the moment . We were confused and asked why ? And then he proceeded to tell us he was taking a number 2 ?. We drove off and haven’t been there ever since. This place is horrible with customer service .

On Saturday, August 14th, 2021 at 4:35pm, my lady & I arrived to the Checkers at 11915 S. Pulaski Rd., Alsip, IL to get some food. My lady had a taste for their fries. We pulled to the intercom and was informed by an employee that they were not making food and serving customers due to them waiting for the next employee to come relieve them from their shift. Basically, that employee was waiting on shift change. We proceeded to take our business elsewhere. This was very disappointing as we haven’t had Checkers in a long time. I notice how the Checkers website doesn't allow you to send in a complaint through their contact page.

This one is horrible.The employees are so rude there it's sad. There system was down last week and several cars were literally honking and trapped in the drive through for 20 minutes while the guy in the drive through argued with a customer over a missing dessert.

My experience with this checkers wasn't the best. Don't get me wrong, the manager and staff was great.I ordered 8 burgers. Each had tough bread. They were not fresh buns. You know that good flavor Checkers are known for.I was just to far to go back and complain.So I choked mine down with a diet coke.

Terrible checkers. You get a bigger serving of attitude from the workers than the fries you get with your meal. Plus it's been over 6 months and the ice cream machine still doesn't work but yet I can order ice cream on the app and get charged but I never receive it. The worst part is the restaurant is plastered with signs for strawberry ice cream cone swirl and cheesecake sundaes. This place is insulting. Don't even bother!
