Been craving Harold's since I moved and I lucked out finding this gem! It's the nicest Harold's I've ever seen to. 1/2 white and fries just as delicious as I remember ?Banana pudding wasn't bad...just didn't have home made taste.

Very rude employees, very expensive prices and horrible food quality. This restaurant unfortunately is not consistent and more of a miss than a hit. The chicken is always old. Absolutely no customer service when you call in an order. When you go pick up your food, you can see the cook grabbing fries with his hands to serve people. He had on gloves, yes, but what do you need to serve fries with your hands for? I don’t even do that at home. My last visit will be my last time patronizing this establishment. I hope they close.

Horrible customer service, even worse food. Fries & gizzards were old & food tasted terrible. Literally a disgrace to the Harold’s restaurants! Wasted money because I couldn’t even force myself to eat this trash smh! Do NOT waste your money eating here.

I’m from dolton and when I moved to alsip I didn’t have a Harold’s close like I did in dolton until this one. I been going here since they open ! Chicken is very good ? very pleased but one thing. When I ask for extra sauce they say they gave it to u but they didn’t . They never give extra sauce like you ask. Please check your food before leaving or pulling off.! I go through this every time I order.

Yesterday I visited the location for the very first time. My goodness, it is the best Harold's chicken this side of town. They have a drive thru, and food is cooked to perfection. Did I say the wings are fried hard, with lemon pepper and mild sauce. I am officially addicted! I am headed back today...

We had 1/2 white, 4 wings with mild sauce, large catfish dinner and mushrooms. The fish was good, mushrooms were also. I didn't know that it was going to be fillets, and they didn't ask us they just gave it to us. The chicken was hard. The last time I had Harold's it was great, this time it was not that great. It was very expensive, we wasn't expecting it to cost that much. I don't think I will be going back to that one any time soon.

Ask for extra sauce on my food and was not enough mild sauce. My second order had no mild sauce. Calling them all night but there voicemail is full. Dec 7th. They real stingy on the mild sauce.

The chicken was different from when I purchased it a year ago. It was delicious at that time. However, this time, It appeared to be chicken that had been already cooked and dropped again in hot oil to be refried for my order. The chicken was dark and was not very crispy and a little dry.
