Nick's is a Good Restaurant. They're friendly and welcoming and the service is Good. The food is also Good. I would recommend this location in Alsip.

Once again Nick's disappoints. This time the blame falls on the delivery charge. A simple order of $23 dollars turns into $ 34 with delivery because of the use of Door Dash, not to mention a tip for the delivery person. Shame on me for not picking it up myself. Ken R Palos Heights

I eat here all the time...maybe too much. Great food and fast service. The BBQ is the best...ribs, chicken, beef brisket...everything is good, can't go wrong.

Went there yesterday on a snowy and cold afternoon. Ordered a quart of chicken, rice soup and a quart of chili. $23. I got two bowl of soup and the chili is disgusting has no beans. It's the chili spread you put on a hotdog they need to elaborate inherit Real chili, not this crap you spread on a hotdog. So then of course, later I had to go outside to the store and buy some hotdogs and buns and cheese spread so I could have chili cheese dogs. Not to mention I've been to the bathroom around seven times since yesterday. Got awful. I've been going to this place since my kids were small for the past 15 years between Tinley Park and here and there other one they're located at, terrible terrible terrible never again

Order a hot dog & fries with a coleslaw. I asked the cashier if I could get bbq sauce with my fries, and he said on the side, and I said sure. Received my food, receipt, and bbq. Got home and no fries. My daughter called back, and they acted like they had no knowledge of my order. My daughter gave my receipt number, but they still act like they didn't remember. BTW they were not busy. Then they hung up on her. So I had her take me up there. When I walked in, the same guy said was their a problem with your order?"" I said, "Who hung up on my daughter?" He proceeded to tell me how busy they were. And fries do not come with hot dog. I said you didn't say that when I placed my order AND you didn't say it when I asked for BBQ sauce on my fries AND you gave me the BBQ sauce. He said I am extremely sorry." I said please jus give me my fries." Every couple years, I try the restaurant cause it is close, and this is just like the last time the Cole slaw was good. Never again!! Hot dog & fries horrible!

Love Nicks BBQ!!! I wished they hadn't moved from 127th & Harlem but that's ok. Does not deter me from going to the new location at 127th RT83. It's just a little further. Love the Ribeye steak sandwich!!!!! OMG! Highly recommend!
