THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! If I could give zero stars I would! I travel through regularly and it's universally known that pilots are a safe place for people to rest! The Manager who should not be a manager her name was Khalida and she was so disrespectful and disgusting and rude! I am in a dead sleep in my car. This woman comes banging on my window before I can even open the window she is yelling through the window yelling at me telling me to move my car to across the lot even though I was in the designated parking area for resting travelers. I was polite an said no problem I will move I need a few minutes as all my windows are covered because I am a woman alone in my car. She said okay and less then a minute later she is banging on my window again! I explained to her that you see me trying to take my windows down and I can't safely move the car without doing so. She then realized I was recording her because of our first encounter an how rude she was I decided to record the second interaction for my safety because she was beyond hostile and very disrespectful. She also claimed that this was not a truck stop and I could not sleep in HER PARKING LOT. Or I'll be towed. So first you just want me to move my car now that I'm recording you and call you out on being very disrespectful. Now I can't even be here anymore? I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. I asked her what I did wrong and why she had a issue with me specifically witch she could not give me a answer to! So after getting my windows down I went inside to try and get her information from someone above her apparently she was the highest manager there mind you I have all of this on video. When I first walk in another employee is being very nice an asking me what the issue was I explained the situation and simply stated I wanted to speak to her an get her name and corporates information so that I could call about her completely disrespectful and rude behavior. And the fact that I later found out when we were outside she pretended to call the police an made a fake police call I assume to try an scare me. I am breaking no laws I had been there all night with no issues and slept there many times before and never had a problem. I always make sure to buy something and spend my money here as well. I've never caused a issue I go there I buy something I cover my windows and sleep. Never had a issue in months. She also lied on video an claimed she didn't record me even tho i have her on camera recording me and my license plate and accused me of being a liar. When I have the proof on my phone that you definitely did witch is fine that's your right to do so. But don't deny it and lie about it! So to sum the story up when I go inside and she finally approached me again being very rude and hostile! She gave me her name with no problem I couldn't understand it and wanted to make sure I had the correct spelling of her name. Mind you I am across the counter from her. This is all on recording. After she said on video and I quote ( your recording me now and that's okay. I asked for her to spell her name. She refused. So I turned my phone around and pointed it at her name tag there is an entire counter between us. She had to fully extend her arm to assault me and my property. Witch again is all on video. I was never once asked to leave the store either. This woman assaulted me. I called the police and made a report. And we have court soon. I plan on getting a lawyer and suing her and pilot. She has caused me severe stress I was in fear for my safety witch is why I was recording because of her rude and hostile behavior. As a manager this is unacceptable and then to assault me and my property all on camera when I was not even close to her. She had to basically jump over the counter an completely extend her arm to assault me. She needs to lose her job! She also purposely covered her name tag so I couldn't get her name. This woman clearly was either having a bad day on some sort of drugs, or just a mean, unhappy, disgusting woman, who takes advantage of her authority, calling it HER parking lot like she owns it, saying it is not a truckstop which it definitely is, and is universally known to be a truck stop and to be a safe place for travelers to stop and rest her behavior was out of control and to tell me that I was recording her right now and it's OK and then a minute later assault me for recording her simply trying to get her name tag on Camera so that I could take her name to the proper channels to get this handled I never got close to her. I never reached over the counter. I never got in her face and I was never rude to her. I stayed calm and collected the entire time and the entire time she stayed hostile, rude, disrespectful, and made me feel very unsafe and I do not understand how or why I was trespassed from the property when I did absolutely nothing wrong at all, I agreed to move my car with no problem but obviously I had to get my windows down before I could safely move. I guess she assumed that that would scare me which it didn't because I wasn't breaking the law and I did nothing wrong regardless, all I wanted was her name and she refused to give it to me outside, but had no issue giving it to me inside anyways, we have court coming up in September, and I fully intend on hiring a lawyer and suing her and pilot for her assaulting me and claiming this wasn't a truck stop and wasn't a place for people to rest when we all know that it is completely untrue, she abused her authority and she should not have a job and she should definitely not be a manager anywhere ever again! She has caused me severe distress and anxiety and caused me a issue because I rest there because it's close to my job an there are no other truck stops or safe legal places to sleep in the area! So now she has left me in a position where I have no choice but to quit my job because I can't afford to travel the distance witch is why I rested there many many times before so now she has also caused me to lose money and caused me severe anxiety and fear of ever resting at any REST STOP OR TRUCK STOP AGAIN! this woman is a disgrace to managers everywhere and i truly hope pilot does the RIGHT thing and fires her! And I pilot will be hearing from my lawyer very soon an we will see what happens at court!!!

Lazy woman got an attitude when her co-worker told her my request for 12 for$12 chicken wing flats for a fresh to go order. So her co-worker just laughed it off and shook her head. I asked her that sounds like a no. She said I'm sorry. The manager was there but didn't hear anything. I just looked at other options within the store and decided to leave. Good thing there's places within walking distance here so I won't have to starve. Fried food bad for the health anyway. Never had this issue anywhere else in the immediate 48. All their soda is warm. Couldn't leave even with a drink.

I am so upset at the employees of this establishment I truly hope god and karma kill them in the most painful way possible, I called ahead to ask if they had money was told they do arrived 30 minutes later and told they already gave too much money out no more left in drawers, ignorant monkey knuckle draggers deserve to be in chains , the lady who is all tatted up all over her face needs to go back to prison where she belongs she is not fit for society

Horrible experience with clerk and this is not the first time, I will not be returning to this location anymore. I stood by the lottery machine looking to play numbers for the day and the clerk was currently making food plates for other customers. As I patiently waited my turn, I noticed she took other ppl who came in after me and I had to ask if I should have stood in another line and this is after 10 - 15 min of waiting. She replied yes and I was very upset. Common sense and common courtesy would have been to inform me that I need to stand in another line for lottery, there is no signs that suggest for people to stand in another line for lottery. Horrible customer service and very upset customer, I will just keep going to my other friendly gas station for lottery.
