We love this fazoli's location. Food and service are always great. The interior dining experience is always well managed. We love the fried cheese balls and they have wonderful lunch specials. Annabel was our server today and she was awesome!!
Great place to dine in for a quick lunch break. Fast, friendly service and a very clean establishment. The customer service was amazing and extremely attentive. The quality and quantity of food was fantastic. Fazoli's is a family- friendly environment. The location is perfect for in-town and traveling customers. This restaurant offers a variety of combinations for lunch and dinner. The prices are reasonable for all walks of life. I highly recommend Fazoli's in Alton, Illinois.

The staff is nice. The food has fallen off. Let's stop taking short cuts order the packaging you need as well as the supplies you need. I've worked in food service and I can tell when someone is trying to stretch a dollar. But it is at the detriment of the restaurant. I love close to his location but will drive further out to go to another one for better tasting food.

Went there last week, Was so disappointed. Not like or remember. Spaghetti did not taste good at all. Also got toasted raviolis. They were okay. Got fed a Fettuccine. sauce with them.It was absolutely terrible
